Great gym! The place is always very clean, staff is friendly and the classes are awesome.

This review is specifically for a new instructor - I took Sarah-Janes class and was so impressed! Finally a spin class in the South Bay besides SC that plays Hip-Hop and EDM! Her class is tough, but her energy and her playlist had me motivated and pushing through! Look for her classes and give it a try, its SC-like without the cost and in a more welcoming environment!

This is a great gym and highly suggest you come and check it out!

I found this place through groupon initially. I bought I think 5 barre classes and was at first a bit apprehensive. After the first class, I was a believer! Man, that class kicked my butt (in the best way). It was challenging and fun at the same time. I hear their spin classes are amazing as well! The staff is so super friendly and fit. They are my inspiration. :) the facility is clean and updated. Highly recommend.

I love the ease of class schedule and the awesome instructors. It always feels like family even though we are working out in spin class. The front desk staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is fun- cute clothes in their boutique too!!

The bikes are top notch, wide variety of instructors, I always see someone I know, its fun, and I can wear my heart rate monitor in the class and track my progress on the phone.

I LOVE Fit On in Manhattan Beach The studio is a little smaller given its prime location, but it has the great instructors, friendly and accommodating staff, and KILLER workout for those obsessed with spinning, TRX training or Barre.If youve never been to a class at Fit On, hit Fit On in MB or RB for a class that is far from just another spin class. Their 60 minute cardio parties will tone your arms and abs too in a setting that feels like a dance party! Youll be hooked before you know it.
