Chris is the most helpful tech pro I ever met. Quickly diagnosed and solved my laptop issue within an hour. Better than that, he helped me to understand the issue! If he is busy at the moment, he is worth waiting for.

Chris has been so helpful every time Ive contacted him with a computer issue. He set up my new computer and transferred all the information over from my old one. He was prompt and reasonable. And he also checked out a computer that was being glitchy and didnt charge anything when the solution was simple. I recently ran into a serious issue with my gaming laptop. While I had tried a significant amount of diagnosis and troubleshooting myself, I reached a point where I needed a professional to look at my computer. I was able to schedule a time to meet with Chris at South Bay Tech Gurus, who listened attentively to my previous attempts at correcting the issue and suggested possible issues that I hadnt considered. He then took the time to work his way into the computer to attempt to diagnose the problem. After attempting a couple of things that did not correct the issue, he was honest and upfront with me about the cost of further attempts at repairs along with the probability that they would succeed and what the cost of new hardware would be if that turned out to be the issue. Overall, I felt that Chris acted very professionally and sincerely wanted to do his best to solve the problem while considering my budget. If I ever run into a tech issue again that I cant solve, I will be reaching out to Chris and South Bay Tech Gurus.

Chris is great to work with. He has been my go-to for computer problems. Ive had a few issues with my gaming laptop as the hard drive was failing. I was trying to be a superhero and using multiple design programs all at once and my computer just couldnt take it.
