Ron RoCkS!!! Im feeling very relaxed after a great massage... like my body had a major reset after months of being in something of a COVID-pudge, no-budge-mode. Ron has the confidence & professionalism of a seasoned pro, while being very personable with great heart energy. We shared some hearty laughs, and he had me groaning with acknowledgement that the deep digging into my stress-spots was working mighty well!The front desk ladies were friendly & followed COVID-19 protocols. I appreciate not being hustled for a membership as I was when visiting the Ballard (Seattle area), WA ME a few years ago. Ron did recommend the stretch program combined with regular massages as very beneficial; but wasnt pushy at all. Great experience all around and very grateful for the gift from a generous friend!

I had a massage on July 3 with Kevin in the Manhattan Beach facility. I am in the health profession & I take the covid19 precautions very seriously. As usual, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. Everyone was very professional and took all of the precautions. Kevin did an excellent job. I cant wait until you open up again. Came at 6pm to purchase a gift card and they were closed despite the door and website saying they close at 7pm.

I have been coming here for about 2 years for weekly or bi-weekly massage therapy. I have to say that they have some of the best therapists I have ever experienced. I set out to find someone that would help me manage my tension and issues created from sitting at a computer too long, so Im not here for fluff and buff. Im here to heal. I sought out their top 6 therapists who know sports massage and out of the 6 I tried, I would be happy with any of them, but I settled on 3 that are my go to guys. I have one that I see every other week now, but I have 2 backups that I am always just as happy with. You cannot beat the value of Massage Envy when you are on one of their plans. I love this place.

Made an appointment by phone a week prior to appointment date. I verified date and time before ending the call and made note of the name of the masseuse I had an appointment with. When I arrived for my appointment, they did not have me down and said they were booked for the day. Rachael at the counter said the manager had left for the day already so I asked for a manager to call me. Its been almost 2 weeks and still no call.

This location always cancels on the day of. Has happened 3 times where they have a masseuse call in sick on the day we try to get a massage, then they reschedule only to cancel again. I do not recommend making an appointment because you will always be disappointed and more stressed out than before.

I dont understand why people are complaining about the front desk people. They have all been very sweet when Ive gone in. It sounds like a lot of over privileged women who have nothing better to do than complain.If you want an intense massage ask for Jade, that girl can make anyone cry. Perfection. Shes a girl of a few words but shes fantastic and listens to your needs.

The massage ended poorly. I tried to call later and resolve the issue. Was never issued an apology until I asked for it. They just tried to fix the problem by giving me a free add on to my next massage... I was also promised a call back from the manager and never received it. They are not concerned about your experience or customer service. Go to Burke Williams instead. Trust me.

Wonderful experience! The facial technician Nicole S. was very professional and knew everything to help target my acne issues. I cant wait to see her in 2 weeks.

My husband got a gift card for me 3 months ago. I have called and tried to make an appointment 5 times, unsuccessfully. No alternative times were offered by the person answering. I tried making an appointment through the website, and got no reply. I tried calling again, and no one answered. We tried to return the gift card, presenting the credit card and receipt, and were told that it was non-refundable. Seriously horrible customer service, and I havent even gotten a massage yet.

A great service for relaxing massage and facials as well !!!! A much needed that is TOO GOOD for my body that is my moneys worth which why I am a member.

I was looking forward to a 90 minutes massage and was very disappointed. The massage started 5 minutes late and we ended right on time. She was nice but not very good at working your muscles. Disappointing .... would not recommend or return

DO NOT USE MASSAGE ENVY - Manhattan Beach (Rosecrans). They need to be trained on how to treat customers. This is worst company that I have ever dealt with. Their staff is rude and obnoxious. The upper management (Owner) refuses to return calls to address the concerns of paying customers. She has an unexperience manager call that cannot make any decisions. They take your money and cannot provide a relaxing experience. Avoid Manhattan Beach at all cost.

I got the membership because this place is great. The therapists really listen and work hard.

Much easier parking than Hermosa, which has terrible valet underground, over crowded facility.

I took my wife here for her birthday and she was very pleased! The place is very clean and the prices are very affordable, now Im going back for my treat.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - Called and was placed on hold for a brief 3 minutes. Brief is no longer than a minute! Then the receptionist got on the phone just to put me on hold again for another 4 minutes. I finally just hung up! I will for sure complain to corporate about this or at the least the owner of this franchise. Call was made on 5/13/15 at approx. 1:30pm.

Ty was very rude on the phone and didnt not book my appointment. This customer service is not acceptable as I am a memeber and she needs to be more polite when asked a question. Also she did not end the call with a thank you or have a great dday she simple hang the phone!!! Very disappoint

I have had a membership here for over 8 years, I had to put it on hold briefly while I was looking for a job but now Im back. That membership pays for itself with rollover massage hours and gifting options.

I absolutely love going to Massage Envy Spa in Manhattan Beach, Ive been a member with Massage Envy for 5 years and would recommend their services to everyone! I have been to other Massage Envys nationwide, but by far this location is one of my favorites when Im in the area. Jazzy gives a phenomenol massage as well, she is always able to address my needs. They are affordable, convienent and they always maintain a professional enviornment. The front desk is always very helpful and cheerful!!!!

The spa employee specifically Kristen is unprofessional, incompetent and rude. My dad felt sexually harassed by her and then the staff and the management is trying to cover it up without getting both sides of the story and taking their employees words over their paying customer. Very unethical and unprofessional bunch of people in my opinion. Would never ever go to have any services done at this location.
