Staff is non responsive to follow ups regarding an outstanding order w/paid deposit; any public contact numbers are down and outreach to staff directly is ignored. Would not recommend.

Do not, i repeat, do not use th8s company. They are a fraud company that will take your money and run.

I was not in the market for a new shower but when Richard came out to frame my bathroom mirror he showed me some options to open my bathroom up with a custom shower as well and I was SOLD! BOTH turned out beautiful! The professionalism of this company is insane. THIS IS THE PLACE FOR CUSTOM WORK.

In looking to remodel my home, I was able to speak with Mr. Taylor personally about every detail being put into his work. While updating to insulated glass, he made note of the mirrors and their framing throughout the house, tossing out the idea of updating them when possible, should I ever want such a service. I had never thought of that, but told him to go for it and found it to be a great decision.
