Damon was extremely helpful. During a hard time with my other carrier, he assisted me and assured me that I would be able to keep my number. Without Damons help, I wouldve had to start over with a new number which wouldve been an extreme hassle. Thanks for keeping my number alive Damon!! My grandmother went in to get help with her iphone 6 storage. She was specifically told that her only options were to a) delete everything on her phone, or b) buy a new phone. She called me because she said that didnt seem right. After calling the store I just confirmed that you can buy an icloud storage subscription on the iphone 6. This wasnt brought up to her for some reason. Theres also a wide range of other options. So Im giving this store a one star review to reflect the fact that it seems like the person that talked with her just wanted her to buy a new phone rather than genuinely try to help her out.

Rarely does anyone take the time to leave a review unless they have a negative experience. However, I would love to take the time to sing Bryceβs praises. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and went out of his way help me with my Cell phone and service needs. Way to go Bryce! Att you are very fortunate to have an employee of his caliber. The employees are minimally helpful even if you ask for help with specific concerns. This has happened on more than one visit. This is the AT&T store closest to my home, but I think that it would be worth the drive to get better service and assistance.
Currently standing outside in 40 degree weather calling AT&T to do their job. We had 5 people needing changes to account and not a single thing could be done in the store. Why have a store front if you cant sell phones?

This store is great unlike the Covington store on hwy 190. Covington never wants to help people, and if you need help they send you to Mandeville like they did to me today. Luckily the store manager in Mandeville named Jasmine was super nice, and helped me so much. I very happy, and taken care of. To make things worse at the Covington store I asked to speak to the store manager, and a clerk told me he was in the corner, and they would get him. A heavy set guy comes up to me, and says he is the STORE MANAGER. When I got to Mandeville I learned that him and the associate were both lying as he is not the store manager. He is only the Assistant manager. Avoid the Covington store because they suck.
I went to buy a new phone and transfer my number over from Verizon. They ported my number and charged me without checking to see if they had the right device that i wanted. Now I am stuck with my old phone with no data service because of their mess up.
Kentiara was just amazing and truly a blessing, she listen to me and was able to help me achieve my goal the best way possible . She was very helpful, extremely professional, and gracious . She was able to calm me down, because I was recently denied an insurance claims . On the grounds that I didnt have insurance on the number I was trying to do the claim on when I clearly have always had insurance simply for my line of work I am very tough on phones . The service was quick and extremely present . Only place i will go from now on for all my At&t needs on the North shore.

I came into the AT&T because I was having technical issues with my phone and I was greeted by the manger Bryce. He was absolutely phenomenal! Bryce helped me with all of my needs! I am pleased with his doings and I will be back again!

I came into the Mandeville Retail store very upset due to visiting another location not having the best experience with trying to get on FirstNet network. When I walked in I was greeted by the Store Manager, Bryce. I told him about all the troubles Iβve had and he told me he could help me with everything I needed. Bryce made this experience joyous, and I even purchased an iPad for my FirstNet account. I recommend any, and every one to come and visit Bryce at Mandeville AT&T.
On June 19th I came into my local Mandeville AT&T to review my options of getting a new phone. I walked in and Emily greeted me and told me she would be able to help me with all of my needs. I then were greeted my the Store Manger, Bryce. Emily told him about what I was wanting to do in adding a new line to my account. Immediately, he named a promotion that would work best for me and my family. I told them that I had another carrier for my TV and Internet service and while Emily upgraded my phone Bryce took me and showed my how ATT TV works! I ordered internet, and got my ATT TV box the same day. I would recommend anyone to come into this store and see Bryce and Emily! By far a phenomenal experience!
I went to this store to have my new i-phone activated and that was done. However, the store rep (Blake) refused to transfer the information from my old phone to my new phone. He told me I had to use I-tunes on my PC and that he was not allowed to do it. I was not given any instructions. I went home, spent two hours trying to do what I was told and with negative results. I went back to the store and complained. The next store rep looked at me like I was crazy and asked if I had the cloud. I said yes. He said use the cloud to transfer the information. I told him I did not know how. He walked me through it in 5 minutes. I asked why the previous rep didnt do that. He just said he didnt know. No apologies were given. I do not know why the previous rep would not take that short period of time to help me but that is what happened. I am not a millennial. Some technical matters such as the cloud are not intuitive to me and I need help. It seems that this store will only do the bare minimum and they want you out. Ridiculous.

A nightmare of incompetence. Bait and switch policy. Consider everything said to you verbally to be a lie.This particular store represents some of worst service AT&T has to offer. Whatever they say, GET IT IN WRITING.Then be prepared to get on the phone with AT&T corporate for hours to correct that storeβs mistakes.
Jordan is the absolute best!! I went in the store because my bill was too high and I just couldnt understand why everyone else was bragging about cheaper service. Jordan broke down my bill line by line and was able to switch me to a new unlimited plan that ( i was told before to never change) he also put my veteran discount on my plan for extra savings and helped me save a TREMENDOUS amount of money by getting my DirecTV and internet I didnt realize how much I was overpaying to spectrum. GO SEE JORDAN!

Sorry but this store is amazing the staff are always top notch and the service is always pleasant .... never had a bad experience there and have been going for some time now... I too have witnessed other customers being so rude and acting like babies in the store and the staff always acts professional etc.. Give this store a chance they will not disappoint:)
I went in to purchase a new device and I was greeted with a warm hello... he then helped me update my new phone as well as signed me up for new tv service to save some money... I always have a wonderful experience at this store.... as to the review before mine who gave them a 1 because they didnβt answer phone itβs because they were probably busy helping others.... hereβs an idea call customer service if need a question answered.... thanks again Mandeville AT&T for a great experience.....

When I visited the store today I was greeted with a smile and they treated me very well, the gentleman not sure of his name but was tall with a grey beard helped solve my issue as well as gave me some options for saving some money etc... amazing friendly employees there ... glad I went ...
I wanted to pay my bill at the kiosk and I needed change. Before I put my money in there I asked can I have change. So I can have the right amount, since you wont be able to get the left over change in the kiosk.They said no we cant. I said thats weird, all the other at&t did it for me. I told them dont worry about it, I will go to another one. Sure enough they gave me the change. I told this at&t what happened at the Mandeville store and they said, no, they lied to you. I even paid my bill one time in Hammond and asked and they said no they lied, we can give change. Poor customer service

Went to the mandeville store on Friday I was greeted very nicely by Brandon... he took the time to help me decide what phone I needed and he also signed me up for new tv service so that I could save money... he was very friendly and patient with an old lady like me lol....Would recommend this store to anyone....
Had trouble with customer service ordering AT&T internet, went into the store because technicians had failed to show up three times. I admit I was rude and angry when I first came in, I was assisted immediately by the store manager Christopher, he took charge and said he would get it fixed, and he did. I had my services installed the next day. I will only be taking care of my AT&T needs in the Mandevill store.

I read the reviews of the store before I went in, so I was a bit..iffy to say the least. Didnt take long to figure out why there are so many negative reviews. I feel so bad for these employees having to deal with these stereotypical Mandevillians who live in their rich little bubble. Was in the store for a few minutes and observed about 3 absolute dicks just berate the employees for not knowing how to fix their phone (which isnt their job btw lol). On a funny side note, this store is located next to a cell phone repair shop π€£. The employee even made sure the customer had the proper insurance information in hand. These Mandevillians just cant comprehend the word no and think they own the world lol. When it came to me, a common middle class peasant, I had nothing but positivity and great customer service. Got the info I wanted, upgraded to a new phone, they even transferred all of my data for me. Had to post some positivity for this store. Theyre putting up with some difficult children.

I am finished with trying to negotiate/ deal with the employees with att as a whole. No one can give you an honest answer and no one calls you back when they say that they will. my wireless bill is usually around 240 per month. it has been 1300 or more for the last 4 months. When the bill comes, it says 240. Then, it gets disconnected and when i call the automated system says that i owe 1300$. When i go to the store, they pretend to fix the problem only for it to happen all over again the following month. I am switching to sprint TODAY!!!
Probably the rudest unprofessional place Ive ever been to deal with phone related services. Employee could care less and lied, bought a phone for the only purpose they said it would do, it did not and when tried returning it immediately they wanted to hit me with a re-stocking fee which made zero sense since I just bought it based on the lie the employee cond me into. 15yrs with ATT and switching!

I would have to agree with an earlier customer when she stated that this is one of the worst stores I have ever been in! After speaking to several representatives and receiving an email from AT&T regarding an update for a tablet offer, I went into the local store in Mandeville to wait 30 minutes for a customer service representative to help me named Brandon, only to be treated like the scum of the earth, like a piece of crap, like a nobody. He did not speak to me AT ALL! I told him that I have received several offers to update my tablet, but he said that ALL the representatives from ATT that I had spoken to the previous day for literally three hours were ALL incorrect in what they were telling me! I find this to be completely false, as Ive received numerous emails and mail about the offer! Im so tired of this stores lack of customer care! Its about the time for me to change carriers!

This has to be the worst AT&T store ever. Ive dealt with them for years. They are always difficult to deal with and strongly lack customer service skills. I am a long term, loyal customer of AT&T and went in to upgrade 2 of our phones and they refused to accept either phone and were not very nice about it. This was after waiting an hour to even be seen. Almost changed carriers then decided to try another store. Thought it was just an AT&T issue but now convinced its just the Mandeville AT&T store. Unless you want to leave irritated and frustrated, go to a different store!
One word: Pathetic. Go elsewhere if you want friendly assistance. They should have a sign over their doors that reads Were only here for your money, & as much as we can get!
