I just moved into a place where a previous hoarder lived, and the bedroom carpet still made the room smell bad, even though my landlord cleaned the carpets, himself of course because hes super cheap. Ruined my wool rug. Used chemicals on it and hung it so it stretched and didnt fit in the space anymore. I am heartsick because it was only two years old. Stay away if you dont want your rugs ruined.

I am pretty sure he ruined my couch and defiantly ruined my rug. Al came back to fix the water stains in my couch but when he left everything stunk so bad it was nauseating and the water stains remained. I had to throw my rug away. His workmanship is terrible, but more importantly, something is wrong with him. You’re crazy if you let him in your home.

Soaked area rugs which he took to clean. Left wet and hung up till dye in pattern ran to edge and were returned smelling of mildew and damp.

My carpets are now ruined from oversoaking during the cleaning process. Moldy smell getting worse and making me sick! Al mentioned this smell would go away but in 24 hrs it has gotten worse and the pad under the carpet is still soaked after pulling up a portion to test. Our tile, however does look better, but at over 465$ Im disappointed with this outcome and now need to replace our carpet. He did not offer a refund.
