I am very unsure of what services this place sells, is it the experience? because I walked in for a haircut and he told me that there were 26 people ahead of me with nine people actually in the business. So if its not about getting a haircut then it must be about the experience, but the place doesnt really seem very inviting, it seems more like a mens clubhouse and I didnt feel welcomed at all. After 30 minutes of waiting I walked back in to ask who Im assuming is the owner, and while he looked at me half cockeyed like I was interrupting him, he proceeded to tell me that if Im looking for a quick cut I can go to Supercuts. Im not sure if he understands that a business gets paid from its customers, or if he just has all of his friends who support his business, but I will never step foot in this place again

By far the best cuts in town. Its always worth the wait, and the barbers are personable. I highly recommend this establishment. Ive been going for over a year.

My wife and I just moved to Mandeville and I was looking for a new Barbor. A google search and previous comments like this from other happy customers led me to Mr. Wendell’s. When I walked, the man himself had an open seat available. Wendell did an amazing job. His attention to detail were impeccable. When I got home, my wife told me, “ your hair and beard have never looked that clean”. Needless to say, Wendell just made me a customer for life.Sincerely,

Wendells is the best barbershop, I have found in this area, great fades. They are perfectionists, take their time, always leave pleased. Get there early unless you go early in week.

I went in there on Wednesday, August 15th and have been growing out my hair since May of 2017, a year and a couple months. I showed the barber a picture of what I wanted, guy with his hair lined up and long hair pulled and he recommends a pompadour. I said no, because I want it to stick out the back of my hat. He says he’ll hook me up real and proceeds to give me the pompadour and cuts my long hair in the back! Long story short, when I’m arguing about what he did, the other barber says to show him a picture on the wall of what I want. I said it’s too late, the dude cut my hair I was trying to keep. Bad experience. Barber didn’t listen. Didn’t even line it up evenly. I was too angry to stay and demand a refund, so I paid him and did his review. Really disappointed. Even showed him a picture before clearly showing I wanted to keep longer hair. Shop is probably pretty good overall, but the barber I had butchered my hair. I could have gotten the same haircut at Wonder Cuts.
