Highly recommended for subscription price;like being able to go here or Missouri Valley YMCA in Bismarck with same subscription.Great place to workout, run, or utilize gym space. Excellent locker room facilities; but I don’t normally use them. Clean place; friendly staff.

Was thinking of joining. Not clear on a couple issues

Always clean and well maintained. Even during peak hours and with Covid measures in place, it isnt too crowded and easy to get in, do your workout, and get out.

Visiting from Fargo FW. Nice, clean facility with good equipment. Great front door staff! I cant remember her name but she went above and beyond with some questions. Awesome!

Spinning class is wonderful, play really good music and enjoy there spinning classes! The spinning classes at Missouri YMCA on Washington street is so boring and play Spanish music! I’m not Mexican and appreciate more techno music for Americans!

Love this place thats where Im at right now

Closes at 7PM on weekends which is totally bizarre. Staff constantly accuse me of dunking on the hoops. Kicked my friend out for wearing flops in the weight room. A random volleyball team who hadn’t scheduled a time for the gym got the staff to kick me off the court, even though i was there first. It’s the closing at 7PM for me though. Completely bizarre, ridiculous, and insane

Liked the staff, nice facility, love that they offer the steam room with the sponsorship program unlike the Missouri valley YMCA. Love the windows in the facility and the nice weight equipment.

Great place to work out. I left in order to join another local gym that had an incentive. Im regretting that decision and plan on going back to Family Wellness after my contract is up.

Cleanest gym Ive ever been to. Their staff is always cleaning and making the gym experience the best that it can be

Love this gym! The staff is always nice and friendly and it is always super clean! My only complaint is that the weight lifting area isnt very big and not a lot of mirrors so its very difficult to workout when its super busy. But besides that this is an awesome gym! Wish they would add tanning beds like a lot of the other gyms in Bismarck.

Great place to work out! Lots of fun classes. Very clean and very friendly staff. Their child watch is also wonderful! The ladies are so good with the kids!

Love this new facility! All the equipment is clean and the staff is very friendly. I really appreciate that the weight lifting section is so open and makes you feel more comfortable to lift in a typically male-dominate space. I do wish they would have made the gym bigger, especially more room for ab and floor work, but we cant have everything we want.

They really need another power rack in the weightlifting area. Also, during peak times it is pretty hard to find an employee if you need help. They have really nice equipment though and its definitely one of the cleanest gyms Ive ever used.

Very clean, helpful staff, and variety of equipment. The steam shower in the locker room is nice, except you’re drenched in 2 min and 29 seconds.

This gym is the best gym in the area. It doesnt have racquetball and the pool like the YMCA in Bismarck, but its nice. It does get a little crowded at around 7 so its good to come there at around 8 (on weekdays)

This gym is great, but wifi would make it better.

Great gym. Several basketball courts, lots of cardio equipment, and a great selection of free weights to use. My favorite thing about this gym is that there is SPACE to use free weights. Many gyms provide just enough space to walk between equipment, leaving little space for any activity involving weights without a bench. Not the case with Family Wellness. Love it here.Although I do not have kids, I see that they have childcare available as well, which is awesome. There are also a lot of classes throughout the day that you can take for free as a member. The workers at the front desk are very friendly. Also, the entire facility is kept very clean. A great addition to Mandan.

I wish they had built the track bigger, like around the outside of the building and wider. The steam room sucks. It is wet, not steamy or hot. But there’s lots of machines! The weight area is ok. Not a lot of room if you want to do sit ups and stuff. It’s awesome that I can use my account here to go to the ymca in Bismarck and use their pool!

Terrible customer service for a “family” oriented facility. And when I address my terrible experience with management staff I recieved nothing except “I am sorry you feel that way.” Due to the close proximity it is convenient to go to this location but after being treated the way I did I would rather drive the extra ten miles to the Bismarck location.

Hot yoga would be a great bonus to an already fantastic gym ;)
