These antlers were a brilliant dark color and now they are completely ruined on my biggest deer to date paid a premium price for poor work cant believe you can send product out the door bleached like crazy and call it good. Also my other rack from my first bow buck is the exact same. I would have rather paid triple the price to not have bleached antlers and ruin the memory and appearance of these deer. Absolutely disgusting I got robbed 230$ for this work.

Great Customer service. Brought in two elk skulls to be cleaned, my boys, ages 7 and 6 came along. Bryce was excited to show what he does answered all our questions, even my boys. Showed us around his shop, including opening up several of his beetle chests where they are kept and do their work, and showing us the back area where the skulls where in the whitening solution. Have only 2-3 month wait, I have family whom have used others beetle cleaning places out in Montana and he had a 8 month wait for a beetle cleaned antelope. I would highly recommend Beetles to Bones Skull Cleaning in Mandan, ND

Guy doesnt seem friendly or professional. Maybe hes too busy for my business, im not sure.?? Texting isnt professional, at least for me, so that doesnt work. Also you should change your hours to say your only really avail. evening and weekends, as your hours say the opposite of that. Also you have more than 1 number online, which one is the right one? You should fix that problem. Also my bobcat skull has hardly any flesh at all, and $55 seems overpriced. I do not want it bleached, unsure of what you do since you seemed uninterested in explaining your exact process to me on the phone. A small fleshless almost bare skull shouldnt cost the same as a full sizes complete deer skull with all the flesh and skin. Other places do it for less. Unfortunately, no one does it here really.....i cmbrought the skull 140 miles to bismark area (ive actually palced it 10000 miles from home) in my trunk, still. Would have been nice if you werent so rude and short with me, as if im a burden contacting you, or you acting as if your way to busy to run a buisness, or even give me the time of day. As a previous business owner myself, you should have enough time to run a business professionally during business hours, and be nice to potential customers (if you want thier business anyways) or maybe you shouldnt own a business. I could have had many more skulls for you, but, it seems, your too busy and short with me to care i guess. I guess when your the only person who really does the beetle cleaning you can charge what you want and treat people however. Thanks for your unprofessional attitutde. If you didnt have time to talk or care you should have called later when you had time. Or not called or answered at all.
