Scheduled a couch & loveseat cleaning, told them the solution code was S when I booked, they arrived the morning of (10 min early-RUDE) and then proceeded to tell me he (owner Clayton) wouldnt clean them because the code is S and he wanted to used a water based cleaning solution. I told him I had used a water based solution before and that would be OK with me. He said he didnt want to buy me a new couch if it didnt work. I offered to sign a waiver, stating that if it didnt work I wouldnt hold him responsible. I still have couches that need to be cleaned.
