When I first came to ND about 6 years ago, I attempted to keep my State Farm policies in my home state. That wasnt an option, and I was directed to Heather Frieds office to service my accounts in ND.At first I was not pleased with the efficiency of the staff and wrote a review stating such.My attitude has changed as a direct result of their attitude when reading a less than stellar review. Heather was very professional and took responsibility for my concerns and they have since then treated me very well, even after a negative review.In some cases the business owner will attempt to push blame to the client; this didnt happen with Heather Fried State Farm. I have since pulled my first unhappy review, and would like to highly recommend this office for all your insurance needs. They went above and beyond the norm to create a good impression, without any guarantee of success, and have continued to do so.
