I have never been treated so poorly except when I came here.the lady was allison very rude to me and my doctors off.these people have lost my business
I come here often, plenty room, pleasant staff, bring right in for appointments, honest don’t try push useless stuff. Large assortment of products. Waiting area, free WiFi for guests, flat screen tv to watch and vending machine. Kept very clean a plus for me
Anne was wonderful starting with my initial call to the follow ups.They were able to squeeze me in the following day.I called when I got there and Joe was prompt and met me in the parking lot.While I waited Joe was able to repair of the wheelchair.This is all for a very reasonable price
Kim DAmato doesnt just supply equipment she changes lives! Exceptional service and fast turnaround. My son went from being bed bound because he was in so much pain in his WC to getting up every other day and around the yard. Thank you Kim.
Michele Gray has been assisting me in getting a new car seat especially designed for my daughter who’s handicapped and needed a new 5 point harness car seat after we got in a bad car accident. She was very her polite and made this happen fast! Thank u Michele & REQ!!! Definitely 5 stars!!

Hello all, I wanted to share how much we appreciate your service. My sisters wheelchair needed a slight overhaul and a few new parts. Jake made a house call about a month ago, which in itself is an extraordinary and very appreciated service, where he made an assessment and tightened up loose things! Weve been using REQ since my son was approximately 2yo. (hes going on 35yo). Theyve provided us with beds, wheelchairs, mattresses, incontinence items, and more. Weve had great customer service and service techs work on his equipment. Several employees have been there a very long time, which means the company has to be doing something right by their employees; which in turns provides a great customer experience.
My brand new wheelchair was damaged by American Airlines on Dec. 23. I put in a claim and Kim came to Reading, MA where I was staying with my family for Christmas on Dec. 24! She was cheerful and knowledgeable and fixed the problem created by the baggage handlers. Excellent service!

Wonderful place! They have helped my son who is 23 now for many years! We have been the recipient of wheelchairs over the last 10 years and a few other home accommodations. They have always been excellent in their care of us and follow up as needed! I highly recommend REQ!
I needed compression socks, I knew nothing about them. I went to REQ, Virginia was very informative and helpful helping me get the right compression socks. Virginia was very polite and courteous. I will be back to see Virginia when I need new compression socks.

You’ve never met a more caring and compassionate team, more focused on the needs of their customers. Kim and her crew have become life long friends and are always willing to shop up when needed to help find solutions to terrible situations. Having two sons with a debilitating illness is awful, but if there is a silver lining, it is meeting people like Kim.

I wish I could give this negative stars. So I originally went to them three weeks before my surgery to order compression stockings. They measured me and seemed super polite and on top of things. They said they would absolutely be in a week before my surgery to give me time to get used to them. A week before my surgery approaches and I call them to make sure they came in- I left a message with the receptionist because the sales voicemail was full and nobody returned my call in 24 hours. I called back again and they told me oops no we didn’t order them because your insurance deductible wasn’t met so we weren’t sure who was going to pay for them. NOBODY LET ME KNOW. So now we are a week out and I asked what they can do and Virginia said she would have them rush ordered and guaranteed them there by Friday- my boyfriend left work hourly (so losing out on pay) to go grab them because they close at 5 and they weren’t even there. They said well I’m so sorry they should be in Monday- so I call them Monday at 11am and nobody returned my call even though I told them how important it was to return my call. I called back at 4pm and they said oh sorry it won’t be here until Wednesday now... not acceptable. Needless to say I went elsewhere with my business and will never go here or recommend them to anyone!

REQ is the best DME we have ever worked with. My son has extensive needs and they are extremely responsive. The entire staff is so accommodating and really works with you. They have helped us out in every facet of my son’s equipment. Great with insurance, great with repairs, great for emergency equipment calls the list goes on and on. I cannot say enough good things about them. So glad we made the switch I didn’t know a mobility and equipment company could be this good!!!!
The staff here have always gone above and beyond for us! They have listened and problem solved with us and have tried to make my sons life as easy and accessible as possible! From ordering products to custom building they have always taken care of us!
Some of their staff is better than others. Kim is terrible. She forgets to order your parts, forgets she needs paperwork from you, and then forgets that she should follow up with you. My LAST chair with this company arrived months after it should have been delivered. The chair is a size 16 (my last was an 18 inch), the seat she ordered is 18 inches and doesnt fit a 16 inch chair and the back upholstery is 17 inches, so also doesnt fit 16 inch chair properly. So nothing fits. Ive called and emailed repeatedly and she doesnt respond.
We have worked with REQ for over 10 years, their sales and service staff are amazing. They work hard to get you the medical equipment you need. I would highly recommend them. They are prompt, efficient and great to work with!
Outstanding service and attention to detail! Worked with Kim out of the Andover office and gave her what I considered an impossible task. I needed the power chair by the end of the year for insurance purposes. Well, she was able to deal with our doctor and insurance company and pulled it off!She is a true miracle worker and was happy to go out of her way on a weekend to help us. REQ is by far one of THE best companies Ive dealt with in regards to rehab equipment.I would highly recommend them and will continue to do business with them on any future equipment and service needs.

Earlier this week, my daughter and I went to REQ to have an adjustment made to her Permobil wheelchair. Kim and Joe did what we had requested and then continued to make two other changes to the wheelchair which made my daughters use of it much easier. This is an example of the kind of service that we have received from REQ through the many years that we have been doing business there. We are always so pleased with the service and kindness that we are given and are left feeling that we are important to them!

Cherelle was great and very informative.I went to REQ because of very good reviews, while another nearby place had lots of genuine negative reviews (about bait & switch pricing) and an equal amount of suspicious positive reviews. No funny business at REQ. Definately will be returning again.
REQ is simply the best in NH and southern New England. If you ever need repairs, or new durable medical equipment, look no further. They are family owned and operated and as a customer, you are part of that family. Kim Damato has saved me on numerous occasions and helped me get my current chair. I was hesitant to go with her suggestion initially but after two years with the chair, I have no regrets. If you have durable medical needs, REQ is the place to go.

Kim and her whole team are really good at getting the equipment that is needed for each client and are really fast at responding and coming to do what is needed. I would recommend anyone to use REQ for any wheelchair needs.
Awful service, company charges customers $75 for a diagnosis check on a wheelchair with a warranty. Consumers shouldn’t be stuck with that high of a diagnosis fee, as well as the woman(Christine) setting up an appointment in the service center was not thorough in her explanations of what services were being received and was rude in her demeanor when the topic of the warranty was brought up again. Invest in a business with the right attitude, and this is not one.
Gotta be careful what you are promised is not always what this company delivers.
REQ staff go above and beyond to assist customers in being independent and living their lives. Kim and Joe, among others, are dedicated and spend time to make sure each piece of equipment suits the unique needs of each person; they understand that those of us with disabilities rely on some specialized equipment, not something that is one size fits all. I am very happy with REQ. All of the staff is wonderful! They all are very nice to deal with. Jessica Barton, my sales rep, is absolutely wonderful! She truly cares about me! She is always there for me! I truly appreciate her and all she does for me. When my wheelchair needs work done, both in my home and at REQ the service people that I deal with are wonderful and make me feel that they care about me. When things have to be ordered insurance is always slow going, but as soon as REQ has the go ahead things move along quickly. The bottom line is REQ is the best! Thank you all!

Great company, great service and awesome staff. Kim DAmato is an expert in her area and an angel on earth. Her helping hand started with a hoyer lift and fixing my sons wheelchair. I had another service company prior to REQ and it would take 6-9 months to get anything done. When my son needed a new power chair Kim helped us figure out what he needed and we had a new chair in a blink of an eye compared to the time it took to get our older chair. My family and I are forever grateful for Kim and REQ. Words are not enough to explain how lucky we are to have found such a wonder company to help my son with all his medical equipment and needs!

I work in the Billing Department.You have to have a certain way about yourself to want to work for REQ and have a greater understanding of what they do here in Manchester, NH.REQ goals are to provide a service of products that is user friendly to those who require an equipment that is suitable for each individual need and wants to have a better quality of life to everyone who uses their products.To the first phone call to when their products are delivered to each customer REQ wants to meet the requirements of each and every person.When I first met Jan and Jody I noticed how much compassion they both have about the company and the importance of finding the best fit for what works best for everyone. In all my years I have never worked an interview like I did with this one. I just keep talking about my medical background and past experiences, I wanted to hear a yes or welcome aboard so badly during my interview but it didnt happen.So now I am offer a tour of the building and as I am walking, looking and listening in my heart I was saying yes this is where I need to be. I was so very confident in landing this job even after I met the staff. I said joking this is where I will be sitting. In my head I was praying and hoping for a yes..As I was leaving and again still waiting for your hired it didnt happen until I sat in my car. Yes!! I received a yes you may start as I was setting up my GPS to go home. I got the phone call to start.My goal is to be a very long employee of REQ for many years to come. I do not enjoy my job. REQ has made a big impact on my family. My son had horrible back pain, it made sitting in his wheelchair difficult. We changed DME’s to REQ and his back pain ended being a poorly fit wheelchair. My son has a great chair and more freedom than ever. It is not just selling a chair it’s knowing what is needed and servicing the chair after the sale. REQ excels at both the sale/fitting and service.

I have been dealing with REQ, for 5 years now, and they are a wonderful company. There are a couple people that I need to single out. first of all, Virginia McDonald, I can not say enough about! She went above and way beyond to take care of me, in dealing with insurance, and making sure I was happy and taken care of. Other is Joe Dimoni in service. this individual not only took care of any issues I had with my mobility scooter, but went out of his way to make sure everything was in safe working condition and actually would come out and discuss what was repaired on, to make sure I knew full well what was the issue. I need to also mention Leanne, and how she greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome. As a Physical Therapist and parent of a disabled child I give REQ 5+ stars! REQ and Kim are amazing. Kim goes above and beyond with everything she does including providing my son with equipment in Connecticut. So far we have purchased a Molift and Power Soccer chair. Kim not only gave us excellent guidance in what we needed to purchase but also helped with applying for a grant and dealing with our insurance to assist with funding. Best of all, Kim gave my son something to belong to by introducing him to power soccer! Forever grateful and hoping REQ sets up a location in Connecticut some day 👍😊

I love the woods and this chair past my test for dependability on my trails, maybe ill get lucky and harvest a deer with it.. I was at Wal-Mart tonight trying out the speed this chair has in the aisles, boy! ITS FAST! I raced a 10 year old and beat him. I was proud ! the boy jump on and we took a victory ride around the store. A big hug goes to KIM for getting my chair in three weeks with no changes when I picked it up.
