What a horrible experience. For the second time in less that two years they cancelled my appointment because they changed their hours. The first time they didnt even bother to let me know. For yesterdays appointment they called my old phone number even though they were given my new phone number.Whats hilarious is that they sent this request for feedback about my experience even though they provided no treatment or service.The one positive thing was the person who was working when I showed up (I dont know her name). She was sincerely empathetic and apologetic and I would say embarrassed at the situation.

Due to the fact that I work 6 long days a week I never could schedule an appiontment to have my tooth fixed. But I was able to leave work due to working many hours that week, and called Perfect Dental to see if I could get an appointment. I figured my luck was against me when they said that theyll have to call me back to see if they could fit me in. 5 minutes later I got the call for an appointment which was an hour a d a.half later. They asked me the right questions, and fixed my tooth. Very very happy that I went back. The price was good to.😃

I had a great experience at Perfect Dental! I have unfortunately not taken care of myself these last few years so I have 6 cavities that need fillings, one crown needed, and one tooth extraction needed. I waited until my tooth was badly decayed and infected. I began to worry that if I didnt have this tooth pulled that the infection could easily spread to my blood stream and I may even become septic and then its lights out for me. So the scheduled me for an apt the next mourning. While everyone else I called was all booked up at least 2 to 3 months out. After my assessment, xrays, and cleaning they were able to fill 2 of my cavities that same day. Unfortunately there oral surgeon wasnt in house, but they have a second office in Chelmsford Mass with an oral surgeon that was available a few hours later. So I was able to make the drive can have my tooth extracted. While it was extremely painful the staff were very kind and compassionate. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone seeking Dental Care. Also they provide a dental insurance plan through their office I can help you with discounts on pricing. My tooth extraction cost $171 and two cavities filled were $182 each. Fair prices compared to other places that I had called. I will definitely be seeing them again soon for the rest of my dental care.

My partial felt ok when I left the office. However, a few days later it hurts as before. I have no love lost for their lab. I suggest they change to a more reputable lab. I have been hurting for 5 months now!

My daughter(age 6) was a new patient, they were very friendly & explained everything to her before they did anything!

My appointment was at 11 am I got to the office at 10:45 am they brought me to a room at 11:20 am. Around 11:35 am a girl comes in says she’s going to take x-rays, she leaves, has a conversation in the next room, and never comes back. At 11:48 am I go to the front and tell them I can’t wait that I will need to call to reschedule because no one has come in the room. She then asks “No one went in the room to see you yet”? Mind you, this is the same girl that said she would take my x-rays, but she got interrupted by another patients situation and never returned to take my x-rays. Very disappointed: it was an emergency appointment because I have been having a lot of pain for awhile.

I used to love Perfect Dental. my children and I have been clients since they opened in Manchester. However lately, they have gone downhill. I am very unhappy with them and also disappointed. I was having tooth pain and I called Perfect Dental they did not answer and sent me to voicemail, immediately as soon as voicemail picked up, I receive a text from Perfect Dental asking me if I have a problem and can they help me. So I reply Im having tooth pain and I need an appointment. Many texts later, back and forth, we finally agree on a date and time which is 2 days out. My appointment time comes, I cannot check in due to a patient already occupying the desk area. Two more people come i, and are checked in right away verbally. Then I walk up and verbally check myself in, fill out papers and Im ready to be seen for my scheduled time. The secretary takes the walk-in back to the doctor, I am aware it is a walk-in, as there is no privacy and all information echos thru out the office. Few minutes later and the secretary brings a different patient out to the doctor. Not only have they double booked my appointment slot, but they have added a walk-in! Now 25 min past my appointment time, I ask the secretary if they are behind, she brings me to the procedure area. Says the dental assistant will take your xrays next. 15 minutes later and the dental assistant is still cleaning up after the walk-in, while the Dentist is now on to the other slotted timed appointment. I walked out. I cannot be treated as if money is more important. I called and asked to speak to the business manager. The secretary who answered, Kayla, said she would have Heather, the mngr get back to me. That was 2 days ago. Still no call. Look elsewhere! This place is for MAROONS!

I wouldn’t recommend this dental place at all. First I called for an emergency appointment for my husband who has already had x-rays done with this office told the lady that he is having increased pain from the area he was told would get worse but with COVID we weren’t able to get in. My husband takes time off from work just for us to sit in the office for over an hour and be told that they can’t do anything that day and he would have to come back. More time off work. I tried to be understanding with the fact it’s not clinical staff booking those emergent appointments. So we booked another appointment just to be called the day before he was to be seen that the dentist he was going to see is no longing there and he would need to see someone else. We agreed because I needed to have an extraction as well and they said they could do us both same day. I get there waited for 40 minutes before I was brought back. The lady had me sit and wait for the dentist to come in. She came in didn’t introduce her self and starts asking me questions as if she hasn’t reviewed my chart at all. Like “why are you here, what is bothering you? I asked her if she had reviewed my chart? She said she was confirming. Ok I let it go. She then gave me some numbing meds and walked away, the front staff lady then came in and asked if everything was ok and I said I’m ok I’m a little nervous because she’s making me feel like she doesn’t know anything about me and e she is about to take a tooth out. Also I asked as a new dentist she should introduce herself and now asking someone else to come and ask me if I’m ok? To me as a dentists you should try and make that connection make your patient feel comfortable but she didn’t. Then after sitting another 20 minutes the dentists comes back in and says she isn’t comfortable to do my extraction and she would want me to see a oral surgeon!!! Like are you kidding me? I told her she was very unprofessional I have been here over an hour now and if she isn’t that experienced then she should have had her staff go through her schedule ahead of time and send patients elsewhere. There is a reason why they can get you in so easily and why dentists are leaving this place so suddenly like that!! Be ware Never again. Don’t be fooled. They have unexpected dentists there

I was at Perfect Dental last night. Everyone is very nice from the moment you walk in the door. The receptionist greeted me with a professional yet warm and friendly smile. My x rays were done in a professional gentle way and was done quickly. The dentist was professional yet and explained everything in a professional way. He was also very nice and kind. The manager was professional and kind. She explained everything to me so I could understand everything I needed to know for future work I need to have done. Everyone was very nice, kind and professional. The inside of the building was very neat and clean. You can tell that everyone must take pride in their positions because of the way they conduct themselves and how clean everything is. It was the first time I had been there and I will be going back. Fantastic experience 💜

The Doctor/s and receptionist/s are welcoming this is a perfect example of dont judge a book by its cover. My children( 7/13) didnt even want/need me to accompany/stay with them out back thats how comfortable the Doctor/Dentist made them feel and thats how great the Doctor did.. because of that I decided to make myself an appointment. (SELFCARE) very important.. sometimes we forget about that. I havent been to the dentist in like 2/3years SMH. I was definitely nervous when I went in the staff was reallyhelpful. I was also watching at each visit they were/are committed to following Covid-19 rules regulations/guidelinesOutside the box

I went yesterday and everyone was amazing. Heather at the front desk was great, she had everything ready when I got there. Dr. Lim was amazing. I never felt uncomfortable like I usually do when I go to the dentist. He was very personable. Listened to what I had to say. Didn’t force me to have any work done that didn’t need to be done. Did a referral for me because I needed to see an oral surgeon first. I will for sure be going back to have all my dental needs done there. It was the easiest and best appointment I have had at the dentist.

I appreciate the attentiveness, courtesy and willing to work with my schedule. Dr Jack and Eva worked hard to make my dental work there as easy on me as possible. Very comfortable and clean. Heather was outstanding in explain the cost and worked hard to make my insurance and it of pocket expenses easy to understand. I plan to keep them as my permanent dental team. Good people!

Thee staff is extremely friendly! The dentist explained everything to me as he was doing it and gave me a very informative rundown of how I could proceed. The only downside was that the tech/nurse was a little difficult to understand but that may have been more my fault than hers. Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit and will definitely be returning for future dental work.

Staff was very courteous and fast! They got me in hours early because I was running early getting out of work & got me right in the exam room. I had x-rays & solutions at a very affordable price and they scale very well with my insurance. Dr. Jack seemed very knowledgeable and took many of my concerns away with an action plan that will save my teeth from major restoration. Very pleased!

Everyone that works there ate very nice, they are so helpful, and are all full of smiles. Love this place. My dentures are great, I had a couple of sore spots and when I called they took me immediately no hesitation to fix the spots. I would recommend this place to everyone, and already recommended my boss to them.

Love this place I’ve never felt so comfortable in an office before. It all starts with the amazing wonderful girls in the front checking you in to the dentist himself and his assistants. I’m very happy that I switched.

I was a little scared to go in since I havent been to the dentist in about ten years but everyone was so courteous and understanding I forgot about how nervous I was right away. My teeth feel *amazing* after a cleaning and everyone there is so sincere in helping you with anything you need, it makes me want to take better care of my teeth. They even have someone sit with you to explain your benefits! I highly recommend them for dental care.

Our family of 7 all comes here we love it. After having horrible service at other locations I was scared to try a new one. In the end I am so glad I did. The staff is awesome and they make you feel welcomed. 2 of my kids have special needs and they have a hard time with change and doctors. They have made my children feel so welcomed that I dont even go into the rooms with them anymore. They are so comfortable with them all. I cantc say enough about them they are amazing. I cannot say enough how much I love Perfect Dental. The Manager is so friendly and knowledgeable regarding Insurance coverage. They offer many forms of communication when it comes to scheduling. The Dentist, Dr. Ji hyun Lim, is absolutely amazing. He is so kind and patient. I was very nervous about a procedure and he really put me at ease. He doesnt rush you and takes his time to be sure that you have a complete understanding of what hes doing as well as to check in with you often to be certain that youre comfortable. After each visit I have virtually no pain. Thank you for being so wonderful to your patients. :)

Perfect dental is awesome they are great for kids and adults. My kids do not fight me to go to the dentist they are actually excited to get there teeth cleaned. They explain the whole process to them.

I used to not like going to the dentist but I now love going to perfect dental only because they are all so nice and understanding of what each individual person needs for their treatment plan and they also take the time to explain what you need and what they are going to do. I really like Dr. Metta because she really understands what each person needs and wants done. She and all the staff at Perfect Dental of Manchester always greeting you with a smile as soon as you walk in the front door. They are really nice and appreciate you and are willing to work with you on payments.

I love this place! I’ve been putting off getting much needed dental work done for ages and finally sucked it up and made an appointment. Dr. Mehta is so supportive and informed and all the dental technicians are super sweet. They can even work with you on payment plans if you can’t afford everything outright. I’d definitely recommend going here.

I had a great experience here. Services used: urgent dental evaluation for acute pain, x-rays, and new patient exam.Having recently returned to this area, I found myself looking for a new dentist to address a sudden onset of tooth pain right before the weekend...amidst the COVID pandemic. The receptionist was very nice and was able to get me right in - literally 15 minutes after I called.When I arrived, registration was fast and easy. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, everything appeared to be clean to the standards one would expect at a dentists office, and the all staff seemed well aware of COVID prevention best practices.Dr. Lim is young and very professional. He was gentle during my oral exam, explained things well and addressed all of my questions. He did not rush the visit at all.I was so satisfied with my experience that during checkout I asked to book a new patient exam and cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to squeeze me in immediately for the new patient eval.Once again, I was completely content with the exam and plan to return for a cleaning soon. It is worth noting that their hygienist is currently only available every other Saturday.UPDATE: Ive been here for two cleanings now and both were exceptional. Natalie got my teeth super clean and was very gentle - literally one of the most comfortable cleanings Ive ever had. Highly recommended!Cleanings are now available on Fridays and Saturdays.

I’d actually give them no stars if I could! The only reason I am writing a review is to warn people! My daughter went there for 2 years and after 2 years of telling me that my daughters teeth look great they told me it looks like she has two cavities. They recommended a pediatric orthodontist to give her crowns. When we met with the doctor he had taken one glance at my daughters teeth and found several cavities, when he took a good look he said he found 14 cavities. He had explained to me that these cavities have spread over the course of the past year and a half and asked what dentist sent me to him. I told him perfect dental and he recommended I don’t take her there anymore cause of their poor care. Then when I called to let them know she would no longer be going there, they kept asking why. I explained the situation and she kept asking I’d speak to the dentist and I had told her I did not want to. All I wanted was to take my child out of their services. I decided to hang up because she wouldn’t stop hounding me. The doctor called me 30 minutes later. I told her that I explained to the receptionist that all I wanted to do was discontinue services and that I don’t want to talk about it. The lady kept interrupting me because she had something to say. She tried to twist the situation saying that they had never ordered x-rays for my child. I explained to her that was her problem, she is the dentist and she is in charge of ordering those sorts of things. Then she continued to argue so I had to tell her that I was done there and that was it and they continued to call I would have to file harassment charges. They not only neglected my daughters teeth but they didn’t own up to it either and tried to blame me. I would never recommend them to anyone ever.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They know my name when I walk in and I never wait long for my appointment. The medical staff is also incredibly professional and friendly as well.

Extracted my top root canal that was cracked half way making it look like I need surgery to removed it but I had faith and he removed it in less then a minute. Little to no pain at all afterwards and next day

This was my daughter Madisens first time coming here and in 30 minutes she had a better experience then she did for the year she went to another dentist. They treated her with respect and answered all of her questions. Everything was explained to her throughly. She was very happy with this visit. The whole staff was very helpful and kind to my daughter

I have been looking for a dentist in Manchester area so i thought id try perfect dental for my 3 children. Great experience was in and out very quickly very friendly staff and very good with children. We are defiantly going back and referring friends and family.

This place keeps rotating staff. Too many new people each time I go. This last time. The assistant almost choke me with the instrument while Dentist was cleaning my teeth. Too rushed and no quality work.

Had my first appointment and can say with certainty that this is a great dental practice. The office is conveniently off the 293 with plenty of parking and has a well put together appearance. I was in need of some dental work but was always afraid and embarrassed to go in since it has been so long since my last visit. I finally decided to go in and they made it so easy and comfortable that I wished I had done it sooner. They have new members there since my last experience (not myself) and they were so friendly, helpful and truly care about your health and well being. It is a very clean facility with top notch employees. The receptionists at the front desk are very kind and pleasant. The assistant is very caring and helpful. Last but not least Dr. Ji Hyun Lim is very down to earth and easy to deal with. I’ve seen him about 4 times and each time he tries and makes it smooth as possible. By far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. They truly are the best at what they do as a core group and facility. I recommend Perfect Dental in Manchester to anyone that is in need of some dental work. I never post reviews but thought I would share my experiences to anyone that had thoughts about dental work and a great place to go to.

Worst dental experience ever. First I came in on time for my appointment,however was told all the machines had shut down and to come back during the afternoon. I didn’t mind that because it wasn’t their fault. During my visit the hygienist did not know how to take the x-ray and kept retaking it over and over again. The cleaning lasted less than 5 minutes which felt as though the Dentist just rinsed my mouth with water. It really was obvious the dentist was rushing through his patients which is very unprofessional.

Ive never had a tooth pulled before amd had a very bad wisdom tooth broken below the gum. I went in for my intake on a Saturday, how cool os that, and to my surprise he offered to pull it immediately. I was so nervous and he made it such a relaxing atmosphere and before i knew it was done! Highly recommend this to EVERYBODY ive set my an appointment for my son here too.

I felt very comfortable and confident about what Dr Swarup recommended. I am going back for services soon and plan on referring family and friends.Today 5/25/16 went back to have a wisdom tooth pulled and (Dr. Azeez Swarup was awesome! He takes his time and he really makes you feel comfortable actually (Dr. Azeez Swarupb is better than any other dentist Ive been to for extractions. And Kelsey his (dental Hygienist) is very comforting she reassures you all is going well and she is so joyful and sweet.... I plan on returning for other dental work very soon. The whole staff is AWESOME!!
