Terrible,rude and not friendly what so ever got paperwork through a mail slot and was greeted like its a bother to them!

My boyfriend and I are both on disability. Each year since 2012 we have received assistance towards our rent. It has helped us in a big way. We are able to use the money saved and put it towards our electric and gas bills. The employees are all knowledgeable and helpful. If you qualify,I personally recommend calling and partaking in the Fuel Assistance Pragram each year!

Accomodated me with my 4 children in small office to process application. Very efficient with time and processes. Very kind and non-judgmental personalities in the office!

During this past year starting in January and up to currently, suddenand frustrating illness made me very limited in my abilities with work and mobility which created extreme financial burden and concerns.Thank you to a remarkable young lady that worked extra extra hard to be able to help me with my financial responsibility to utilities.
