Dr.Hassan has experience and she knows different languages. Very smart never seen.

I scheduled an appointment over the phone at the beginning of April for the end of May when I was called to remind me that I was due for my yearly physical. The receptionist I spoke with gave me a set date and time that I was told she scheduled my appointment for, and this appointment happened to be during the week before my regular doctor was set to leave the practice so that I could see her once more before she left. When I arrived for my appointment on the date and time set back in April, I was told that my doctor was with a patient already and that they had no record of my appointment. I had nothing scheduled in the system even though I had confirmed it over the phone a month prior. I was told That day that they would call to reschedule, and it has now been 3 weeks since my supposed appointment and still no call. Very disappointed in this practice and their professionalism. I will likely be finding a new practice since my usual doctor has left anyways.

Great staff and amazing results !!

I have been seeing Dr.Koshy for almost 16 years off and on. I’ve followed them to several different locations. The care and time he spends is amazing. I rarely wait more than 5 minutes to be seen and the front desk staff are very nice and welcoming (which is very important to me) the current medical assistant is great too. I’ve seen his partner in the office when he wasn’t available for a sick call and she was just as amazing! Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

Dr Hassan is an excellent physician.Warm, caring, and has shares her knowledge in professional manner.She is the best PCP Ive had in decades.

If i could leave no stars i would. This place is pathetic! A complete joke! There is zero communication happening between their call center employees and the reception office within. The receptionists are rude and anything but a cozy warm feeling... Id avoid this office honestly.
