Ive rented with Eagle Rider before, at a different location. It was over-all a good experience.I rented a Harley-Davidson Street Glide. Wonderful, bike... Obviously. The team was great to deal with, they took care of the paperwork quickly and got me on the road ASAP.The bike was in great shape and no issues at all. Once I returned, the staff was great again and got me on my way.I would recommend Eagle Rider for someone looking to try a bike, before purchase. I would have given them a 5 star review, except they are about $50 more per day on the bike, than the Harley dealer, in MA. Also, they dont have any rental jackets, vests or helmets for larger men. (Im a 3XL jacket and XL helmet.)Otherwise, wonderful experience.

Company rents you bikes that the Harley dealers don’t even have for rentals. then eagle rider blames HD dealer. Horrible customer service

I had a great experience!! Very friendly staff and the rental process went smooth and easy. Roadmaster was a blast to ride as well. Two thumbs up!!

We had a great rental experience. We communicated with both Manchester and Foxboro, both locations were very informative and helpful. The Indian was a great bike, highly recommend the whole experience.

Well, where do I start? I reserved a bike a month and a half ago. Today, I was informed that the bike was unavailable, and there were reservations for the bike already taken in January, actually for 10 of the bikes i reserved. I was told my only option was a downgraded Indian with no radio. On top of that, i had my wife attempt to make a new reservation for the same bike on the same day, and guess what, she was able to do so. This company is willingly committing fraud. EDIT:--- the corporate side of eaglerider is trash. After speaking with the head of the branch at MOMS I was pleased with how they handled the issue. Corporate will tell you, as they told me, that all reservations must be made online through corporate which is not the case. If you call this location directly, they will do their best to get you what you want.
