The driver of our party bus that picked us up from a wedding on Sunday evening was very rude, extremely unprofessional and ultimately ended with calling the police while we were stopped at a gas station on our way to our destination.The moment he arrived to pick us up he was rudely telling everyone to get on the bus & swaying around as if he wasn’t sober. Starting our 1.5 drive to our destination he was swerving on the road. We stopped at a gas station, he went in and bought two Truly tall beer cans & a styrofoam cup (we all know what the purpose of the cup is for). Once we spoke to him about his behavior and buying the beer with the cup he became very agitated and disrespectful towards the Bride. The police were called. The driver was refusing to bring all of us back to our destination and making us unload all of our belongings from the party bus. He driver failed the field sobriety test but passed the breathalyzer. The owner/manager of the company was called and also incredibly rude,- telling us he didn’t care and to get on the bus within 5 minutes or the 15 passengers we had would be left stranded.Do not ever hire this company.

Company was awesome to work with. Extremely quick and receptive to emailsOur driver Kris was exceptional. As we were out for a bachelor/ette party, he always did a head count at each stop which was great for party management. All reasonable requests were fulfilled.

This company confirmed my trip out of state when I booked and paid the deposit, saying their affiliates had a vehicle available. 3 days before our trip I sent an email confirming pick up location only for the company to come back and cancel the trip for having no vehicles available! I spoke with Monica who was rude, inconsiderate and not helpful whatsoever. She claimed the trip was cancelled 10 days prior and I should have received an email and a refund of my deposit..... I have yet to receive either. She did not try and work with me to find a new solution and was extremely defensive and cold. Now, 3 days out from our trip, we have no refund, no apologies and no alternatives. Poor customer service and reliability.

We have used grace over the years, in fact they were the service we used for our wedding 21 years ago. They are a great family business, and out do other limo companies. I have also had many friends use them for night out that I was a part of, and it always is a great experience. I’ve used their party bus, limo and the suburbans with friends and every time it’s been top notch service. If you are looking for limo or other driving services this is the place to use.

I organized Grace Limousine service to drive my daughter from Andover to Boston Logan airport: It was perfect! Mr. John Normandin was the driver and he exceeded our expectation: He was very kind, professional, patient and helpful. He could stay parked at the airport until my daughter could board the Delta flight and we are very thankful for his great service and assistance.

Grace Limousine provided transportation on our wedding day in September 2019. We worked with Rae who was incredibly responsive and helpful during the whole process. Rae was able to help us craft a plan and schedule for both ourselves (the Bride and Groom) to and from the venue as well as all our guests. She provided helpful guidance as we tried to determine what size vehicle would work best and what the timing would look like. It was especially helpful in the morning as all the bridesmaids and bride had to go to a separate location to get hair/makeup prior to getting to the venue.The vehicles themselves and drivers were stellar. We used the 8-passenger limo for the bridal party morning transportation and there was champagne and plenty of room in the car. It made the whole day feel so much more special. For our guests we got a 44-passenger coach which was prompt and got all our guests to our venue on time. All vehicles were clean, luxurious, and most importantly - early! It made such a difference on our wedding day to feel so confident that we and our guests would get where we needed to go on time. I would highly recommend Grace Limousine for any event.

They saved my daughters sweet 16!!After another limo company I booked never showed up I called Grace and they had a party bus ready and at my house within the hour!!The girls had an amazing time!! I cant say anything bad about Grace Limo. Weve been using them for about 10 years now. Theyre always early to pick us up and are always there waiting for us at the airport when we get off the plane. They even have a points system which gives you a free limo ride once you accumulate enough points. I highly recommend them

Grace Limousine rocks! I hired a driver to take me to a football game! The car was stocked with a treasure chest of sweets and beverages. The service was top notch from start to finish. I highly recommend Grace Limousine!

Norm was our driver for a family trip to Boston Aquarium and he could not have been any better. The vehicle was spotless and Norm was efficient, kind and helpful throughout the trip. Worry-free, relaxing trip to the airport.The limo arrived 10 minutes early, the driver was helpful, kind and courteous. The car was spotless, fresh smelling and comfortable. Terrible experience. They kept my $200 deposit after they misquoted me prices and acknowledged it! Unethical! Call Prestige or Capitol or any other limousine company. I failed to do my due diligence and was burned. I was quoted difference prices by different agents and then when a supervisor got involved she told me that one of the people I spoke with was a dispatcher and not a reservation agent. Bad excuse. They told me the owner would not call me even though on the front of their website he writes to call or email him directly. He was conveniently on vacation when I called. Couldnt be bothered. Go elsewhere. Bad business transaction. Unethical business people. Absentee owner and overworked employees operating outside their job description quoting prices. Negative experience. If I could give zero stars I would.

We purchased two limos from Grace Limousine for our wedding in Nashua, NH on Saturday January 20, 2018. The limos arrived at each location early which helped to alleviate any fear that they would not show up on time! Unfortunately I felt bad, as they were waiting for us to finish getting ready, but none the less Mike our driver was very attentive, and was an amazing driver! He made sure our day went off without a hitch! From the time he picked us up, until the time he dropped us back off at the reception, he made our experience with Grace Limo one we will never forget! My husband forgot an item in the limo, and when he called Grace limo to inquire about it, they said they had it, and the driver he had the day of the wedding, Jim Stewart brought it to him at work! Such amazing service! I would definitely recommend Grace Limousine when looking for a car service!

We had a family emergency and this company has been absolutely gracious, kind, and beyond accommodating. I had to book a car 5 hours prior to a family members arrival at 1am to Logan. They were the only company to find a driver for me, went out of their way I believe because it took 20 minutes for them to return my call after I had explained the situation. Miraculously they had someone who could pick my sister up, and had a much lower rate than anyone I had called who didnt even have someone for this pickup. I got the email notifying me that the driver was at the airport, and I called him to personally explain the circumstances. Mathieu P. was gentle, kind, compassionate, and gracious. I have been a customer of Grace Limousine for over ten years. We use Grace for airport transportation as well as office functions. One year ago I would have rated them 5 stars. I never write reviews as I too am a business owner and know how reviews can be slanted and sometimes totally inaccurate. That being said I felt it necessary to write this, my first ever review.The downward spiral with Grace started early this April when we contracted them to transport us to Logan Boston Airport. The driver took a wrong turn leaving our street and became lost. Instead of listening to me for help he said he knew where he was. A few blocks from our home he ran a four way stop. I yelled for him to stop but it was too late. I told him to turn around and he did a U-turn in the middle of the street and almost ran the same four way stop. I helped guide him to the highway. Once on the highway he kept jerking the car to the right and then quickly to the left. I knew he was falling asleep so I talked to him the whole way to try and keep him awake. My wife and daughter were in the rear seat scarred to death. We arrived at the airport and I called Grace from our vacation to let them know what happened and to request another driver pick us up at the end of our trip, which they did and the trip home was uneventful. Upon our return I spoke with Michael, the owner of Grace who told me the driver was falling asleep on our trip to the airport. He told me it is difficult to find good help in this economy.I had to go out of town two weeks later for business and again contracted Grace to drive me to Boston. The trip to Logan was uneventful. My return flight was delayed over three hours. Upon hearing of the delay I immediately called Grace. They said it was no problem and they would have a car there for me. Upon my return to Boston I received a text from Grace telling me my transportation needs were going to be handled by their partner company. I located the partner company car from MA and there was a young man as the driver. I asked him who he was and why he was driving me. He said Grace did not want to pick you up so they farmed you out to me. I got in the car and he headed toward NH. This man should not have a drivers license let alone a license to drive a limo. He was all over the road. I was hyper-vigilant on the ride and kept telling him to stay in his lane. At one point he was tailgating a tractor trailer so closely that when the truck went off the highway on an exit ramp, my driver did also. I started yelling that he was on an exit ramp. He told me he had everything under control and he knew where he was. I was so scared I did not know what to do. I made it home and called Grace the next morning to speak with the owner again. Michael apologized for the driver and the fact I was :farmed out to another company. He refunded me for the return trip from Logan and informed me he was going to place me in the VIP category due to my business volume and to assure I would never have a situation like this again.At the end of June my wife and I were travelling to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Again we contracted Grace to drive us to Logan. Our pick up time was 5:30 AM. At 4:45 AM I received an odd text from Grace about another pick up. I texted back to question and they said it was sent to the wrong number and we were all set for our 5:30 AM pick up. At 5:30 I walked out the door and was greeted by THE SAME DRIVER WHO DROVE ME FROM BOSTON THE LAST TRIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was nonetheless irate. I told him to leave as I would never ride in a car with him again. He left and I called Grace. They said they had no other drivers and they were working on a solution. Their solution was to have the manager drive us but he would not be able to reach us until 6 or 6:15 AM. We told them to forget it and we luckily drove to the airport as traffic was very heave and we barely made it on time. Had we waited we would have missed our flight and our anniversary trip..

After experiencing a problem with Grace Limousine service see below review I was contacted by the President of the company within 24 hours and had the problem resolved to my satisfaction. This turned out to be great customer service by this company. Few companies care but this company does!
