Paula helped me find the perfect setting to be customized for my engagement/wedding ring, and when the first finished product wasn’t quite right, they got the vendor to completely remake the whole setting and had a master gem setter make it perfect. The staff is amazing. They fixed fixed my clasp that I was having an issue with getting it done correctly. Other jewellers were using a flame that was ruining the brand new clasp, but they have a state of the art laser that does not transfer heat so it is good to go now. Not only that but Amanda fixed an issue with my watch, so I could not be more appreciative of their 5 star service.

I have bought multiple pieces from days. Whether it be watches for myself or jewelry for family members. My dad started shopping with them years ago because of their customer service so I started going there. Whether it is Craig, Sam or Paula I am always taken care of and feel like family. The staff there knows me every time I walk in and knows what has been going on in my life and asks how I’ve been. Before them I had a Zales card or went to Jared, but nothing beats walking into a place and feeling like everyone will drop everything to make sure you’re taken care of. Days will always be my go to and the first place I recommend to friends or bring friends.

Ive had great experiences buying jewelry at Days. I went there first in December to get an engagement ring, not knowing exactly what I wanted to find (nobody knew I was going, so I was mostly blind!). Paula was very helpful in this process, especially with showing me different styles to consider. Ultimately I found the one that was perfect! I bought the service package for it, and its been very easy to drop it off and get it fixed if there is a problem.More recently, we went to the wedding band expo and also had a great experience, again with Paula. Jewelry isnt my forte by any means, so I appreciated the time she and other associates took to make sure we found the perfect bands, although once again I didnt know what I wanted mine to look like! So in short, its a low pressure and very helpful environment for jewelry shopping and service.

Never give 5 star reviews because they seem disingenuous, but this place truly deserves it. Bought multiple pieces from here, associates are always incredibly friendly, laid back, and devoted to helping anyone, despite how much they think theyll bring in on the sale. They have great taste and are super patient: I was in there picking out my first piece of jewelry as a gift and spent ~an hour and a half deliberating. Sales person was never pushy, just helpful and kind. Prices are very affordable here and 3 year warranty is totally worth it. Family owned and family oriented, happy these guys are here!

I cant say enough good things about the personnel at Days, who are always attentive, no matter how large or small the purchase. Last year, my husband and I purchased new wedding bands which we loved, but after a period of time, my hand reacted to my ring. I brought it in and the ring was cleaned and polished to see if that would help. When that didnt work, Days took the ring back, and allowed me to purchase another ring, which I am very happy with(and George helped my husband surprise me with a new diamond ring!). It needed to be sized, but I also wanted to know if it was still be carried, or could be ordered. Sizing was a minimal charge and didnt take too long to get back. We absolutely love this store! Since finding it, we have come here for all our family needs. My husband brought in family diamonds and they helped him create a custom ring. I can looking for a chain to withstand my childs pull and they had the perfect one (currently holding a brick on display). Not only do they have everything we need, but they have a play space for the little ones and a complimentary beverage area. Great Selection....Very Helpful, and Patient StaffBought some last minute anniversary Jewelry for my wife. I had my 5-year old twins with me and there was juice and play area for the kids. The staff was very helpful in the selection process. My wife exchanged the necklace I bought for a ring and matching earnings and actually spent about 25% less, which was immediately refunded to me.

The work done to resize a ring was excellent and completed perfectly the first time.A second ring had to be adjusted a second time but they did it while I waited which saved me having to make a third trip to get the rings.I count on Days for all my jewelry needs and adjustments, they are very knowledgeable and helpful.
