I will absolutely use them again. My husband and I undertook a massive home improvement project to expand our home when we found out I was expecting again. The project was supposed to be complete May 1, giving me plenty of time to clean and relax before our third baby came in July. Well, as I am writing this I am 37 weeks and we are not even in the realm of that project wrapping up in time (review on those hooligans later).Anyway. I had obviously put off pre-baby deep cleaning until the construction was over but realized I was way over my head with said two other children, ongoing construction and my ever-expanding waistline.Two Maids just left my house and it is IMMACULATE. It looks as it did the first day we moved in after it was built.There isnt a smudge on the floor and my childrens craft table is sparkling. It even smells fresh (which is really saying something because we also have two rotten little dogs). Its basically like being in a very fancy hotel - they even folded my toilet paper. Everything is lovely. Now I just need the stork to begin circling the neighborhood :)Cannot thank these ladies enough. What a load off.

This place was so unprofessional and awful to deal with. They continually kept up bringing personal details to try to cover for why they were failing. I apparently rated the apartment being cleaned too low. I didn’t know. I reviewed all of their questions with them and gave them an honest answer to everything. They accused me of lying time and time again. Will not provide the supposed photos of the mold in the bathroom. (Wasn’t there. I was on my hands and knees with a flashlight looking for this before they cleaned) They charged me an extra $100 because of the “spider infestation.” They said the place was a “biohazard” but still let their employees clean there with no biohazard equipment. The level of unprofessionalism and complete flat out lying was truly astounding. Do yourself a favor and AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

We were very impressed with the results of our deep clean. Our team was great! They worked magic on my oven and the house in general. The owner stopped by and was also very interested in making sure we were satisfied with the service and was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I used this service for a few months and the cleaning was very inconsistent. I did ask for the same team to do my home but that was never possible because of the high turnover. Employees unhappy and venting about low wages. One time they didn’t even show up and when I called I was told they don’t have enough help and would need to get back to me (I would think they would at least call me and tell me this in advance) they did send someone out later that day and they did a very good cleaning that time. This last cleaning was really bad- floors not vacuumed (I was told the equipment didn’t work but yet was still charged full amount) hair in shower still, microwave and kitchen appliances not done, very rush job on bathrooms overall it was just really bad the worst cleaning I have had in all the years I have used a cleaning service. Floor was clearly rush washed with dirty water. I said something even sent pictures and was told they would come re-clean seeing they didn’t want to refund me and then I never heard from them again that was over a week ago now. Nobody even bothered to call me they just sent a text which I responded to requesting they come fix it. Proceed with caution- very unprofessional and quality of work is poor/inconsistent and turnover very high.

The cleaning was outstanding. No detail was overlooked. Heather and Lisa were warm and inviting. I enjoyed their personalities and their devotion to their work. Fantastic team and fantastic job!

The company has an online platform to book, I used this to book a service about a month in advance. I received the email which stated theyd be in contact to confirm. They never called, emailed or texted me. I called several times and left voicemails and I emailed as well with no response.Ultimately, they didnt show up or reach out to confirm or reschedule. A very disappointing experience, as this was schedule to be prior to an event.

They were extremely professional and respectful! Very thorough cleaning and I felt they cared so much about doing a good job! Will definitely be using them again!

We were pretty disappointed in the deep clean. The downstairs family and living room rugs were either not vacuumed or very poorly vacuumed. We vacuumed them when we got home and were able to bag a significant amount of stuff that was missed. None of our couches seemed to be cleaned or vacuumed and there was a lot of dog hair on them as well as some food crumbs. Most of the window sills were ok, but a few seemed like they were barely wiped down. The baseboards didnt seem like they were cleaned at all and the upstairs bathroom fan was not cleaned.We are pretty clean people and the house was generally clean before the cleaners arrived, we were really looking forward to a deep clean before the winter and this just does not meet what we expected at all.I had attached pictures from around the house with things that we felt were suppose to be included in the deep clean. We were very unhappy and we reached out a couple times but no one got back to us. I was told the cleaners would probably be here until after 5 but my husband got home a little after 4 and they were gone. That wouldnt have been a problem if I came home and was satisfied with the job. I am not one to complain but I feel like this clean was not worth the $400ish that we paid.

WASTE OF MONEY - Disappointed, mislead, a complete waste of time and money. Every aspect of this office is unprofessional, - the cleaners, management and call center, (except for Louise in the CS who was professional and understanding). Not one room that was worked on in my house was completely finished. I have pictures that support my assertions. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak to the manager above Lisa (Lisa is the manager of the Manchester, NH office). Or anyone in upper management. BTW - besides the dissatisfaction of the extremely poor cleaning, Danny (cleaner) continued to wear her mask improperly (despite my asking her numerous times to wear it correctly). And Lisa, the manager, literally just walked into my home unannounced - just an example of her demeanor - and why she is impossible to work with as she is clearly rude and ignorant .

Called this company and scheduled an appointment for an estimate, the scheduled day today nobody came or called, that was enough for me to lose my hope in them. Just unprofessional.

We had a great experience for a deep clean, the employees were great and our house was clean and sparkling after!

I rated an 8 solely because I know how it effects the way they get paid. But truthfully, I was disappointed. Part of the premium service includes dishes. I had about 10 items in my sink, most of which were cups and no pots or pans. That wasnt a big deal except 3 items got cleaned and the rest were moves to the other side. The bowl had food stuck on it after being cleaned and the cleaned side had a couple noodles left in it. I have little kids so there were cheerios on the floor. There were still some on the kitchen floor. They dont do under the couch. I have glass doors and one side of one set of doors was cleaned. An entire bedroom was skipped. For the other bedroom I was asked what I wanted and I said just floors and mirrors. The mirrors were not done and the floor barely looked touch. I did however see the same window get cleaned 3 times. The kitchen table had something left on it.The good thing is that the service for me off to a good start to maintaining my apartment, which I fell behind in recently. And will save me some time when I clean it. I really wanted to have something better to report but it was not what I expected. It seemed like a surface clean.My friends son was sleeping in one of the rooms and when I said it was still okay to clean it when asked more than once, it was still not done. Along with the other bedroom. I signed up for monthly but truthfully, I dont want to have my home serviced again.On a positive note, when making the appointment, the manager I scheduled with was very friendly and professional. And the ladies who came to my house were nice enough.

We had our first cleaning by Two Maids and a Mop yesterday, and I was extremely impressed! The staff arrived on time for their appointment and were friendly and professional. I was working from home while they were here and didn’t find their presence distracting. They were also very sweet to my dog, who can be nervous around strangers. Best of all, they left every inch of my home sparkling clean! They even cleaned spots I would’ve expected them to miss (under, behind, on top of things, fixtures, everything!) Highly recommend!

I hired 2 maids and a mop to Clean my entire house before we moved into it. They did a great job I plan on hiring them again soon for another deep clean of my main floor!

One of the maids stole my husbands stimulant medication. We KNOW it was them because due to Covid we have had NO ONE else in our house. All we wanted was to be compensated for the missing pills, and they initally agreed, but then ultimately refused, saying we could not legally prove it was them. They did not return our phone calls when promised and overall did nothing to reconcile the issue. Extreme lack of integrity and disregard for a serious criminal activity. Its unfortunate they hired a dishonest person, but they had the chance to make up for it but failed.

This is a wonderful cleaning service. The young women are bright and hard working. We look forward to seeing them every week. Take your business here!

I had this company come out to my mothers house for a reoccurring monthly cleaning. The first cleaning was completely unsatisfactory. Dog hair was left on the floor, floors were not swept or mopped, trash bins were not emptied, garbage was left sitting in the sink. SLOPPY, SLOPPY, SLOPPY!I called to speak with a manager about this situation. I reached Chelsea who was the manager to field my call. She was completely unapologetic and dis concerned at my feedback. She took no ownership over the service her people provided other than to say I can have them go back next week.This sort of management coupled with the unsatisfactory job performed would lead me to NEVER recommend this agency for your home cleaning needs.
