Hello, I need to add a shout out to John Gilberty from the sheet metal shop design/sales department.I received a request from a client for a trash chute for their dumpster area inside of a building. I took several measurements and figured out different angles I needed. I spoke with John early in March and we worked out how it needed to be built. John really did the design and knew how the material would work for the angles that needed to be fabricated. I also needed to add a section of 24 spiral duct that would need to be removed incase of an overflow or clog in the chute area. John and I spoke several times during the fabrication of the chute. Because of COVID-19 I could not work during the install but, this was a top priority for the building. The completed unit was picked up at API. John reviewed the installation with the team that installed it. The unit fit perfectly and the install was completed without any challenges at all. API has always been great to work with but John just just adds a touch of class you never expect. Thank you John you are awesome!

Boy the opioid crisis really hit this place hard.. pull up to get my order and you can tell their new foreman biron is on something. Pieces were missing left and right. Little guy but always Pin eyed pale and sweating. Then another one ODs in the parking lot and the paramedics narcan him. What a show. Go elsewhere like your life depends on it
