Im very happy with my experience here. The back cover and hinge on my laptop had broken and I wanted to get it repaired rather than replacing the whole laptop. I first connected with DAS through Yelp and got a response almost immediately. It was a process, as a new part needed to be ordered before the repair could be done. Throughout the process, Steve was very clear in explaining my options and the repair itself. After the diagnosis, I picked up my laptop so that I could use it while waiting on the part to be delivered, which was very convenient. In the end, once the part arrived, Steve was able to do the repair in about 40 minutes and I am very happy with the result. Pricing was fair and transparent. I will definitely return when the next thing breaks!

Customer service is *outstanding.* Don absolutely went above and beyond when my laptop needed an urgent fix: I got to the store for pickup seconds before the store was supposed to close, but Don was there waiting for me. I only requested a virus removal, (which he finished in under a day) but he remembered tiny details from our conversation prior about the project I was working on. He downloaded a program that made working on my project so much easier. This is one of those rare companies where the people running it are human beings who genuinely care about the work they do and the customers with whom they are working.

Before I retired, I played in the Computer Systems design, implement, service, and support fields for forty years. I had recently purchased a PS5, just to experience heavy over heating and smoke from the unit. DAS repaired the PS5, in only a few days. While I was at DAS I also saw a custom computer, in pink! I never did think about gaming on a computer, but the owners of DAS let me use the computer to see if it was something that I liked.... and I did!All I can say is DAS gained a customer for life. Well Done.

DAS Repair went far and above my expectations. I brought in my 5 year old Apple laptop (after leaving the Apple Store crazed) and Steve knew immediately what was wrong, provided a more than fair estimate to do the work (nearly half the cost Apple quoted), offered workarounds if I didnt want to invest in the repair and genuinely listened and cared. I will bring any and all hardware issues to these guys anytime. Highly recommend them even if it not around the corner for you.

Great team here at DAS repair group. Very cordial, explained what the issue might be as soon as we took our computer in. Within 2 days they repaired my computer, promptly contacted me, and I picked it up, completely fixed. They are amazing! My wife and I stopped in on a whim to see what retro games they had after seeing their sign. After talking about old games and systems with Don we left with two Nintendo 64 games at an incredible price. We will definitely be stopping back again!

Had a great experience with them. They were responsive and quick. They repaired our broken Nintendo Switch controller in less than half an hour and even waited for me past closing as I made my way back. The cost was inexpensive and saved me a return to Nintendo. I will use them again.

I brought my computer to them yesterday for some case fan installation and had the thermal paste on my CPU replaced while I was at it. They installed the fans and installed the program that Id need to light it up. Thanks to them my computers running cooler and quieter than ever. These guys are the best ! I brought them my PS4 pro that was looked up in safe mode . I had read and tried everything from off of youtube with no luck . Luckily I found these guys from a google search . I had an appointment with in a few hours . They went over worst and best case scenarios and how much it would be . When the promise to call you . They call you . They diagnosed the problem and gave me a choice of how I wanted it to be repaired . I had my gaming counsel back in less than 24hrs ! Better than it was brand new ! Don & Steve went above & beyond to make sure my point of sale unit was ready to go by opening day (and I didn’t give them a lot of time!) They both worked over-time to resolve my POS issue, gave me solid advice and never gave up! They made sure I was happy & went over the system until I had a working knowledge of it. Great Company! I had DAS Repair my 2007 Macbook that has been sitting for 5 years! They had it up and running with performance upgrades in a few days! They say Macs will give you a lifetime of use, heres to another 10+ years of use!! Happy it is back in action!
