I went to Tolivers looking for a necklace. I was met by a saleslady within a couple of minutes. Kayla helped me find the perfect necklace. She took her time showing me various necklaces and never rushed me. She answered all of my questions. I was able to get the necklace, that I wanted, at a wonderful price. I had been looking at other pawn shops and retail stores for the kind of necklace that I wanted. Everywhere I checked the price was so expensive. I was able to get the style, length and quality that I was searching for. Thank you!

TLDR: friendly staff and easy transactions.Theyve got some nice, old antique firearms that I think make them worth a visit since that kind of stuff is hard to find. Ive also sold stuff to them and for the most part, theyre fair when it comes to buying and selling. If you go enough, theyll recognize you and sometimes will show you some stuff not seen out front. I also ordered a firearm online and had it sent to them for a transfer. The transfer was easy and their fee was cheap. Overall, not a bad place for such a small town!

My husband has dealt with Mike and Tolivers his while life and myself the past 7 years. We use his shop to make all our gun purchases and gun deliveries. I bought a 55 inch flat screen TV and have used Tolivers for cashing my income tax check when I was having trouble with a security breach at my bank and didnt dare put a large sum in until it was fixed.He has always worked with us in hard times and we give them our business in good times. We have always got a great deal on purchases and fair shake on sales.We highly recommend.

Ive gotten FFL transfers here quite a bit and these guys never judge me. They just do what they need to and get me out the door very quickly. Very professional. This is the only place I do transfers.

Terrible customer service and way over priced on firearms sat there for ten minutes waiting to talk to a salesman while one was playing on his phone and the other was talking about God knows what and never could get any service. I do NOT plan on going back.

I work for a gun shop and work with several other shops to do transfers and attain a copy of their FFLs all day . This place is ridiculous when it comes to answering the phone and placing you on hold for long period of times, up ward to a half hour. Then when you finally get a voice it is a voice mail asking you to leave a message. I NEVER have this hard of a time working and getting a hold of person or a copy of the FFL in my life.

Me and my brother in law came in and both bought rifles from Evan. He was super helpful and we both walked out with exactly what we wanted!

Ive bought two guns here, both Glock and both from the same sales person. The first time I got good service and a good price. The second time was another story. I went a few days after the Newtown shooting so I was okay with having to pay sticker price, but I was not okay with the service. It wasnt the salesmans fault, he was just stretched way too thin. The most concerning part was after he got the gun out of the cabinet to show me he disappeared for like 15 minutes. I could have walked out of the store with the gun and nobody would have even noticed until after the fact. I would have no problems buying another gun from them, I just wouldnt go around a holiday or when theres fear buying going on.

Great support they will give you fairmprices when you sell and they are willing to haggle prices with you.

I wish I could give this less than one star! I have bought a lot from this place, but never again. Don’t send any jewelry to be sized or fix there. I had them send off my engagement ring to be sized. When I got it back, ring is bent, and all three large stones so lose, you can turn with your fingers.
