Not only will she cut you off in the middle of speaking so she can jot down inaccuracies on her forms with you, but she will also try and extort extra money out of you if you decide you do not want to take her services. I have never seen someone conduct business so poorly. I know several others who have had equally terrible experiences as well. I would give this business 0 stars if I could. I will surely have nightmares about my experience with this woman.

I am not one to write reviews too but couldnt believe the good reviews this woman received. First, her behavior is very strange. Second, she is very scatterbrained, sort of like the absent minded professor since she presumably has a PhD. If you or your family somehow find yourselves referred to this woman do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Dealing with someone in her line of business is not to be taken lightly and there are a lot of quacks out there, but if you take the time to research you will find a good one as they do exist. You just wont find them at 50 Bridge St in Manchester. This woman hurts individuals, families, and children, and that damage is very hard to overcome.

Im someone who will never talk bad about anyone, or even write a bad review. In fact, this is my first review ever. i however felt it compelling to share my experience with this company. She may be in this business for many years, but as a professional myself I would say she is one of the most unprofessional individual Ive met, and that is putting it mildely. The only reason I gave her 1 star is because it was the only way I could write something, but other than that it is 0 stars for me.In her report she listed one red flag for me, which indicated I wrestled with my kids, and because of that i need a battered program. This is how delusional this woman is.Interestly she did want me go to Amazon and buy her book prior to her report which is very discriminating. Not sure how this woman can sleep at night..At the end of her report she commented it is unethical for her to recommend anyone to a program if they dont require it.I wonder how many people she has recommended to a batters program

She is a criminal. Should be jailed. She made up lies and presented allegations as fact in her report on me. I was sent to her for an evaluation by Kathleen Sternenberg who was the guardian ad litem in my child custody case. Attorney Sternenberg held this woman in high regard. Sternenberg should retire or be jailed. Dr. Jenny tried to skip out on the court date, but was handed a subpoena. Dr. Jenny didnt want to go because I had proof she lied and after the bogus report was filed, I hired my own professional for the evaluation. Someone with much more knowledge and a better education. Dr Jenny was afraid of looking the fool and exposing her lies. What a fool she looked like in court. Complete wack job. The judge stated her testimony was invalid after seeing her crazy behavior in court. Here is a scary thing, she writes policy for the domestic violence guidelines for the state of NH. That should scare everyone. The fact that Kathleen Sternenberg whom was appointed by the courts as the GAL, thinks Dr. Jenny is a reputable Psychologist is sickening and dangerous. She has a doctorate in Education not Psychology. They have the evaluation process rigged so that whatever outcome they want, they will get even if they have to lie to get it. My suggestion is to record everything, evaluations, dicussions with lawyers and any with Guardian Ad Litems and tell them you are at the beginning. I wonder how many families these people have ruined? By the way, the custody battle came back in my favor.
