Before I joined Sandler Training my sales process was pretty much non-existent... I let the customer guide the process way more than I should have. This meant I was spending huge amounts of time working on bids and proposals before my clients were truly qualified, and I never knew what their reaction would be when we finally sat at the closing table.After going through Sandler Training with Kevin & Toby, I realized something... Its OK to hear NO early on in the process. Its OK if the client isnt a good fit for me or vise versa. The important thing is that the client is qualified(or not) EARLY ON, and theres always an agreed upon purpose for any future meetings. Budget is addressed early on in the process as well.The Sandler System and the questioning strategies they have taught me have changed everything for my company. There is no Closing a customer or sale...The process IS the closing.

Kevin Hallenbeck provided EXCEPTIONAL training for my direct reports (6 sales managers who managed 45+ sales staff and 25+ agents in 11+ countries on 4 continents) in a series of one day events interspersed with monthly web based check ins. We found him to be a knowledgeable, energetic and passionate teacher. His detailed knowledge of the selling process and dynamics of the salesperson psychology and the customers psychology helped reinforce the basic lessons.A particularly outstanding feature of the training sessions was the emphasis on repeated role playing in the seminar rooms - practice made us better.Finally, we recorded the financial returns from the training program by logging specific cases of price increases or volume increases.
