I can not thank the people here enough! I found my self needing a bail bondmans for the first time ever in my life. After a whole day deal with grumpy bail bondman who lied and gave us the rum around my family found Brian and his team literally within 2 hours I was bonded out and back with my family.Mr Harrell was quick on his feet he noticed mistakes the jail made that the jail didnt even catch her got me out super fast he was friendly ans professional and treated me like a human being which I hadnt been treated like in 24 hours I regret not calling them sooner I hope I never need them again but if I do I highly recommend 10000/10 guys

Friendly, fast, and good people. I live in Minnesota, and had no idea how this process worked. I was educated and taken care of. Hopefully I will never need this service again, but if I do I hope I find a service like this one.

Absolutely horrible bonding service. Very rude and unprofessional in dealing with customers. I asked Brian to explain everything to me a final time as I was ready with full payment to bond out my fiancé and his choice of words were very disrespectful. He went on to gloat about how his company is the biggest bonding firm, as if he were the best. I beg to differ! This was my first time ever having to deal with paying bond & you’d think he’d be ready to accept payment but this coward of a man told me he’d have to wait until tomorrow. Me and my fiancé had been traveling since 2am that morning, the day was already stressful. I would say to this man he needs to find a new profession! I would NOT RECOMMEND CUMBERLAND AT ALL! I used City Bonding who helped me generously!

He shouldnt even get a one star. He left a family member sitting after telling him he would meet him at jail. NEVER showed! Rumor is that is how he is! Sad that you have a business that depends on you and you cant keep your word! He needs to have license revoked!

Brian was very rude to me for no know reason, talked to me like Im just some kid trying to bail someone out of jail, wouldnt want him to have my money with an attitude like that anyways. Sorry Brian maybe you should reconsider the way you speak to people

If I could give this company less than one star, I would. Everyone told me to go to a different bondsman because you will be met with a rude and condescending attitude Oh, were they right. He called family members of mine not bright based on their employers and went back TWO times on his promise to bond, which made an already hectic day even more troublesome. So, thank you, BUT NO THANK YOU.
