This place was awesome and fair priced. Needed my daughter from Maines car checked out before she drove it back to Maine, 3.5 hours, from Manch, on a Sunday. Found this place and couldnt be happier with the professionalism. Couldnt fix it completely because it was a dealer computer issue partly, but got the assurance that she and her sister would safely get back home, and they did! Will definitely go back.

These guys were informative and quick. I called ahead and told them what I believed the issue was. Once there they were able to quickly determine I was correct and give me an estimate based off what I wanted. They had my car for only a little over 3 hours when I got called they were done. I would definitely recommend them.

Highly recommend this place! I was a walk in- no appointment mid morning and they were able to replace my brake pads (with new parts and everything) SAME DAY. On top of that- they fixed this huge dent in my car without charging me Where other places quoted the repair $700. Most places would brag about this- these guys simply did it as an act of kindness. I was floored by this. They have my business forever now!!!

I would absolutely recommend Jeff’s Westside Automotive! My car had been leaking oil which I had brought to Pronto and they suggested I go to Jeff’s if I wanted a trustworthy shop and a good price. I scheduled a time for them to take a look at it, they gave me a quote on how much it would be to repair as well as the cost of the part and my car was fixed by the next day. Wish I had found these guys sooner.While other mechanics in the area BS you and try to get you to spend more, Joey and Jeff do their best to save you money.Example: I called around about my broken AC, took it to a couple places, and the fix, they said, was anywhere between 1k-3k.Called up Jeffs Westside and Joey told me hed take a look for free. When I took it in, they fixed the issue for $275.Great guys, great service!

Best mechanic in the city ! Jeff is truly one of the best mechanics around, Ive been going to Jeff for years and I always leave satisfied. Hes helped me out in a lot of my car troubles and he cares about his customers.Not only is he a quality mechanic, but hes an honest mechanic as well. He wont try to rip you off or overprice you like a lot of the other guys around will try and do. I can honestly say Ive saved thousands of dollars over the years by going to Jeff and he always gets things done in a timely manner. When I drove a jaguar and got into an accident, Jeff had no problem with getting the job done. Now Im driving a BMW and whenever Ive gotten into car troubles or need something done, Ive trusted Jeff to help me out and he does the job better than the BMW dealership for a much better price.Ive had my neighbors have car troubles and I refer them to Jeff and they cant believe how great of a mechanic he is as well. If my friends or family ever need a great mechanic, Jeff is the guy I tell them to go to and I will continue to go here whenever I get any car troubles. I was calling for an appointment. Jeff said if you can bring it in Asap, they would have a look at it. I got there in 15 minutes. The car was fixed in an hour, even as busy as they already were. Went to Jeffs Westside Auto and they were all extremely nice, down to earth, honest, and VERY fairly priced! They replaced my thermostat and did my inspection all for less than my mechanic of 20 years could just replace the thermostat for! Will definitely be going back!

Jeff did such a great job. He was booked for the week but I came to him looking for help. I made the mistake of going to a chain mechanic (NTB) where they told me I needed 2800$ worth of work done on my car, mind you my car is a 2017. I decided to check out Jeff’s shop, he took my car right In To take a look at what I actually needed done. He sought out the problem did the work, and I picked my car up today. Nothing over 400$ worth of work, thank you Jeff! Saved me from a nightmare

This guy is a total rip off hes great doing the work but could care less for his customers. Be careful with him he goes to the junk yard and takes used parts to put in and charges for brand new ones a fortune.

I was in town for a wedding when my car started making weird noises. As an out of towner, and a young woman who knows nothing about cars I was extremely nervous having to go to the only open mechanic on a Sunday afternoon. When I drove up Jeff immediately looked at my car, took it for a drive and told what he thought the problem was. This is a small place, but he pulled all the cars out of his garage in order to get mine up on a lift. He walked me through exactly what happened to my car (the transfer case broke in half) and explained to me that the only thing he could on a Sunday afternoon was a temporary fix, unless I wanted to stay in town a couple of extra days. He was able to do the temporary fix and make my car safe for driving so I could make it all the way home to New York. He also charge me a discounted rate, from the already extremely reasonable price he estimated the fix would be. Could not recommend Jeff enough!

Beware of Jeffs Westside Auto. They are not a reputable shop. They sold my daughter a truck that was uninspectable and violated state law by not disclosing frame rot and the brakes were rotted. Jeff Barnes who owns the shop refused to make things right. The reason is he was filing bankruptcy at the time he sold the vehicle and knew he wouldnt have to do anything about it. He was investigated by the state police and was fined and given a citation due to not disclosing the unsafe vehicle which he said he overlooked. All these statements are facts that are of public record. I would not trust this man or anyone in his business. They ripped us off and will probably do it again. BEWARE !!
