We worked with the Ibanez office from July 2020- February 2021. During that time, they repeatedly lost paperwork that we submitted (digital and hard copies) and terminated our policies for no reason (and without telling us). I would not recommend this office.

I payed my rates every year but when my basement flooded due to a crack in a window that was hidden when the previous owner finished the basement - they denied my claim. My carpets were ruined and the dry wall had to be cut out. There was wood paneling that had to be taken out. It was a mess.
