A deer ran in front of me on the highway I had to file a claim they raised my monthly payment with no warning. No communication through the claims process. I switched to state farm and ended up saving on my homeowners and auto.

We joined Kirk Wicks in early 2019. The agent got us better coverage while saving us over $500 on our policies. Any time we have had to call, staff has always been extremely courteous and was able to resolve our issues in a prompt manner. I would highly recommend this agency. Their customer service is exceptional.

I had Allstate insurance with Kurt wicks for three years, I’m a 20 year old with a clean driving record. My first car I only had liability as it was a beater car, this year I got a newer vehicle, owned fully by me so I wanted to get collision. I called to switch vehicles and add on the collision, they said it would be around $180 per month. A month later I checked my bill and it stated I owed around $230, I knew this wasn’t what they said and I called. They told me this was the monthly payment, and I mentioned that that wasn’t the price I agreed upon. Then the next month it says my monthly payment is $290. The people were nice but dishonest about the price. I’m with Geico now and pay $180 even though I just started there. I usually don’t review places, but college students beware. To add one more than $100 to insurance monthly during a pandemic is pretty low.

Been doing business with them for over 26years .always top notch service. I would highly recommend them for any and all insurance needs .

These people are impossible to reach. The communication is awful.

At Wicks insurance I am not just another client I am Cesy, and I am treated as such, with care, compassion and attention. my agent Carolina knows who I am the moment I email or call. There has never been a time I have felt Unsatisfied with their service. Regardless of what I need help with each one of them is always will to do whatever it takes to find a resolution that is in MY best interest. I have been a loyal customer for over 6 years and will continue with them. I recommend their service and their people.

Ive had auto insurance through Allstate for over 20 years and renters insurance for approximately 10 years. My experience with Wicks Insurance almost made me change to another insurance company. Any time that I made a change to my policies I had to check up regularly to make sure that the change was actually made. This led to instances of multiple policies on the same vehicle, insurance policies on vehicles I no longer owned, renters insurance policies for an apartment where I no longer lived. Allstate is a good company but, this office requires a lot of attention to make sure your policies are correct.

Disappointing customer service experience. Have changed providers and would not recommend anyone waste their time or money with Kurt Wicks.

They do as they should but breaks your balls if you try to pay in cash...

Here I thought I was the only one. Terrible, terrible customer service. As my agent, I dont expect them to hold my hand, but I do expect them to have some type of correspondence with me.Answer my emails, YES, they are supposed to do that and DID NOT several times!Communicate with me about policy changes like a cancelled policy due to the inspector Couldnt find my house YES, they are supposed to do that and DID NOT!ANDMost of all, they are supposed to cancel my policy when I asked them to, AND they did not, and got a late bill.The excuse of I put it in but, I dont know why it didnt go through. Can only be used so many times (they used it several times) until its obvious that you, The agent dropped the ball!Terrible, terrible, terrible, customer service and I will NOT be going back to Allstate because of this office.

They took 700 out of my account without permission for my adult son who isnt on my insurance or even a licensed driver. I was never refunded the money... it almost caused my mortgage check to bounce... they did nothing to resolve their problem.

I had double of the amount taking out of my account and they made up a bunch of excuses why that happened, then my agent said someone from some where from the financial dept. is going to call me at some point but he doesnt know when. Hahaha wowGreat customer Servise guys. NOT REALLY !!No respect for our hard earn money. They just keep pushing the problem from one to another
