Very good person who sells insurance

Ive been with the Annick Insurance Agency and everyone has been very nice plus they truly work hard to help others. I’ve never had any problems. Ive been impressed how honest they are and always call if I need to know something. The customer support is amazing! Anytime we call we get helped right away, not like other companies where you leave a message and hope they return the call. I wouldnt trust my insurance with anyone else.

I’ve had insurance here for over 12 years and never had a problem. They always call if something doesn’t look right and always return my calls in a timely fashion. Best insurance agent around!

I recently used this company for a small business insurance policy. I was issued coverage and paid for a full calendar year. Less than 2 months into my contract i was informed that my coverage was being dropped. I have made zero insurance claims and was misguided by state farm and its representatives . Its been 3 weeks since my coverage was dropped and this branch made zero effort to contact me about crediting my payment back to my account. After emailing them I was then informed that an audit would be done before I would receive my deposit back. This is just bad business folks. I will be referring other trademan and contacts elsewhere . Zero stars would be more fitting

I only spent six months with State Farm but, we got into a minor accident and after complaining was told it would be repaired with new parts. In the end I was blatantly lied to and my car was fixed with used junk.Liars!!!!!
