Visited Dents Express for a third Time after an awesome experience the first two times. While the work they did on the first two visits looked like it would be impossible for them to repair, both of the jobs were amazing. I (nor anyone else for that matter), could tell there was ever a dent there. One of them was on a body crease that was quite ugly, but it came out looking like it was never there too! Back to the third visit. The car, a 1999 Miata, had an angry owner ( the guy I purchased it from), got stopped for speeding, and while standing outside angry, decided to kick the quarter panel, which resulted in a size twelve football shaped dent about 4” deep. I bought the car cheap ( he couldn’t drive it anymore, but that’s another story) with the knowledge that it was going to require an extensive visit to a body shop. But, I decided, what do I have to lose, I’ll see what Dents Express thinks. Well, they took a look at it, pointed out a few other dings here and there and said they would do it. When they were finished, it again was an amazing job. I highly recommend them for their reasonable prices, quick service, GREAT work and can do friendly attitude. They are awesome!

I have an extended warranty on my truck that covers paintless dent repair. I contacted the extended warranty company and they told me to make an appointment with a repair company, and to have that company contact them to verify coverage, and payment. The lady that answered the phone told me that she couldnt do anything until I had a claim number from the extended warranty company. She wouldnt listen, and acted like she was too busy to bother with my repairs. I had a great experience with another vehicle I still own, however I will never give them my business after this fiasco.

Give me a fair price estimate and when i mention I dont live close they offered to repair it right now if I had an hour to wait. They repaired it in less than 30 minutes. Looks great. They gave me an estimate right on the spot and performed the work in an efficient and friendly manner. Their price was very reasonable, too-I saved almost $300 off the quote I received from an auto body shop.

With all the 5 star reviews of this place, is another one really necessary? Yes and yes. They deserve all the praise. Customer service is very personal and professional. Jim will talk though all your concerns and expectations and then provide a fantastic service with stellar results. I brought in my over 10 year old Infinity SUV (parked outside for ages...) and they were able to restore the majority of the exterior paint. Interior looks and feels fantastic. Definitely recommend this place!

Actually the best experience Ive ever had with a body shop. I had a very minor ding on my Mercedes. I went to Dent Devil, they told me it would be $375 plus any extra parts they would need. I went to Dent Express, they fixed up my dent in 10 minutes and didnt charge a thing. Absolutely fantastic service! Go to them before going anywhere else!

I cant speak highly enough for this business and how professional they are. I have brought my cars into the Manchester location for every ding and dent I have gotten. They dont overcharge (compared to the other place down the street) and they are quick and courteous. Last summer I had some significant hail damage on my SUV and they got every dent out, worked with my insurance company, and guaranteed their work. The best at removing dents and paint work

I was extremely pleased with the work they did on my car. I had a huge dent on the driver door and it’s completely gone. They also buffed out minor scratches (more like residue that transferred onto my car rather any actual scratches) and also buffed my tire wheel well for no extra cost. I dropped my car off on Friday afternoon and they came in over the weekend and stayed to get my car done in time for me to go work after the weekend.A lot less money than other estimates and one body shop said they’d have to replace the entire door since it couldn’t be repaired, but Dents Express proved them wrong! Hopefully i won’t have to use them again but if i have a vehicle with a dent that needs to be removed, this will be my first stop. He

A brief examination of the paintwork shows a lack of proper surface prep. The edge of the panel that was painted had speckles of rust. That tells me not enough primer was used. The dent was not properly removed either, as we were easily able to still see that it wasnt fully pulled. Also, the fact that the electronic trunk button didnt work when we received our vehicle back was another sign of the body shop they worked with was not detailed-orientated. Even one of the license plate lights were installed backwards. That was another sign that told me the shop was not detail-oriented or careful at all. I would normally expect a manager or shop foreman to examine and approve the work prior to further work or even returning the vehicle to the client. However, it is clear that those steps were not in their repair process. Also, I noticed that the body shop attempted to paint the liftgate panel without removing or properly masking and had to use paint thinner to clean off the overspray.I am very particular and vocal about the poor quality of this work due to the fact that we had previous work done on the rear lift hatch. We were rear-ended four years ago and the work done at that prior body shop was MUCH better than the work done here. There was extensive body work that had to be performed, i.e. significant damage. When we received our vehicle back then, we couldnt even tell that there was work or any paintwork done. Additionally, the electronic trunk button and the license plate lights were installed correctly.Next, I will list the chain of events up to the receipt of the vehicle:We arrived at the location on Manchester for an estimate and left the car off on Friday with an estimate of receiving the vehicle next Thursday (4/25) and $633 estimate. We received a call on Wednesday (4/24) from the body shop, located in St. Charles. They stated that they had a delay and realized that they needed to order emblems after painting. So, with the emblem, so the delivery was delayed to (4/26) and the price increased to $842. Once we received the vehicle, my wife noticed that she couldnt open or close the trunk. She reached out to the manager Margie and she explained that we would have to pay another $130 in order to have the electronic trunk release replaced. If you havent kept count so far, thats close to $1000 from an initial $600 quote. On top of the poor workmanship and carelessness, this was quite disappointing, considering the trunk release was fully functional when we left the car with them.Lastly, I will re-count how we attempted to resolve the issue:I spoke to the manager Margie approximately 2p on the following Monday (4/29) and she stated that the technician would follow up later that day.. She called at the end of the work day stating that she couldnt get ahold of him and that she would work on it tomorrow (4/30). Ive yet to receive a call on follow-up. When it comes to bodywork, its okay to take a little more time. More importantly, being very particular and meticulous will help resolve many of these shortcomings ahead of time.UPDATE: Margie called me back and they were willing to eat the cost of the electronic trunk release @ $130. I informed her of the paintwork and the dent, and she said that they would look at that as well. We have an appointment this Thursday to have these issues addressed. After their examination, theyve waived the additional cost of the $130 trunk release, as well as a complete re-paint and dent removal.I will give them two stars for having to do the work twice in order to get it right. Had they done the work correctly the first time, they would have received five stars. Its a shame because the paintwork and dent removal the second time around was quite good. However, had we not mentioned anything, they would have taken our $842 with a terrible job.

I got an estimate from Dent Devil in Ballwin for dents in the rear fenders. They wanted $999.00And said it would take 2 or 3 days.I went to Dent Express in st louis and they fixed my car for $475.00 in one day.I would highly reccommend Dent Express.
