Brandi was super great in the office; aside from the fact that when we came to tour the apartments we verified wed be viewing the one wed be renting, she said yes. We had to do a self-guided tour due to covid-19 and we came back not even 10 minutes later and she said that someone just put a deposit on the one we toured. We just moved almost a month ago and it is not worth the money. In pictures everything looks great, however, everythings cheap. the floors arent fully attached to the structure below, doors are crooked, AC doesnt work, etc. Theres a laundry facility in the building; the washers and dryers are really small, cost $2 per load, and you have to run the dryer twice because it barely works. The only saving grace is they have a fenced in dog park and that Brandi was super responsive.

Although I did not end up moving here, Brandy was a great help! She was incredibly courteous and professional and had no difficulty reaching out to me in a timely manner. The process from submitting my application to getting approved was pain free and very quick. I want to thank her again for all of her help and will refer friends her way when their time to move comes.

I met Brandi the person who showed me the condo and she has great customer service ! She returned my calls ASAP. I loved the place but my husband already found a new home the same day I was looking with Brandi. I asked for my refund and she had no problem with that returned my call and said you will receive your refund. No hassle ... she truly made me feel comfortable. So thank you Brandi.

Great place to stay. Brandy is great manager, quick to answer emails and if any problems may arise. I was only here for a short time but had a nice stay. Great for my little dog, made a few little friends. Maintance is quick to fix any issues. Thanks again!

After reading some of these reviews, I feel the need to defend the place I call home from all the internet trolls crapping all over them. I have lived here for over 4 years, and I LOVE IT!!! John and Al from maintenance are fantastic and always show up immediately for anything that is an emergency, and within a reasonable time frame for basic things like a light being out or something that isnt a crisis! Brandy in the front office is so sweet, and funny! I agree that some of the people who live here arent that great, but thats everywhere you go! Apartment living isnt for everyone. Clearly some of the people posting comments would be better served in a quiet house on its own land. Personally, as a dog lover, I am grateful to be able to have my Lab with me here where I live. I gotta say, if you dont like dogs, and dont want to listen to them barking, maybe just move somewhere that doesnt allow pets?!?!? Just saying! Also, as far as noise levels.. I say again, its an APARTMENT, there is going to be SOME level of noise in any apartment building. Anytime anything out of the ordinary noise wise has come up, I have reached out to Brandy and its been resolved. I cant understand why anyone has anything negative to say. I dare you to look around and try to find another complex like this one where the rent is even equal to, or even less expensive. Youre going to be looking for a while. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment! I love it here, and yes, the rent went up, but to what I think is a reasonable amount and I am STILL going to renew my lease next fall! I love this place!

I was on a waiting list to get into this complex for two months. The DAY BEFORE I was supposed to move in, I found out Brandy had the wrong style unit ready for me. It was more expensive and not what I wanted. She gave me a new move in date for 2 weeks later for the correct unit. The following Monday, with no notice, she sent an email saying I would get a full refund and they would not be renting to me.Why? Because she lied to me about my pets being accepted. I was told she would allow me to sneak them in. She lied to me about the type of unit that would be available, and when it would be ready. She lied about when the new one would be ready. She also lied about the types of refunds I would get. She said they would cover the additional storage costs and last minute cancellation on the moving truck. I was told my security deposit would go back on my debit card. Two weeks later, I still did not have my money back. Turns out a check was sent to my OLD address, which was never verified with me. THEN I was charged a stop-check fee for HER mistake.After a month of back and forth, I was finally able to get in touch with the management company, Aspen Square Management. They stated Brandy is new and had no right to make many of the promises she did to me. They also resolved the financial chaos she caused. THANK YOU to Aspen for your assistance in this mess (you get the one star).And Brandy, you single-handedly made this one heck of a miserable experience.

Only people Ill rent from in Manchester or Milford. Been with these peeps for years! Great place. Very responsive. And reading some of these comments im assuming trolls, because I am not perfect tenant, but they are always willing to help, they do there responsibilities. And I saw someone complain about the cost?? This is one of the less expensive places!! Unless you wanna go with building infested with bugs like OTHER big rental places in town. You wont find bugs here or broken stuff that no one fixes. the rent is reasonable in my opinion, and the people here are basically friendly. We have a small dog pack and a grill too...I really cant complain. I dont plan on leaving here till I buy a house.

I was interested in this apartment and paid for an application fee which was $100 for me and my sister and then i decided i didn’t want to rent with this place because of the poor reviews so i asked for a refund and when i did “brandy” took out $667 out of my sisters account when i didn’t tell her too nor did she ask to take it out i was suspicious about this place from the beginning due to the reviews. I should’ve read the reviews before applying!!!!

I have lived here for a year. Brandy, the property manager, is always courteous, respectful, polite and prompt in responding to complaints, inquiries, and service requests. The maintenance staff is also very good at fulfilling maintenance requests promptly. It was difficult to find a place where 1 large dog was welcome, but this place allows 2. They even have a small dog park at both complexes. I have found the residents to be a very nice mix of people (and dogs).

After going back and forth trying to find a 2 bedroom apartment and when it would be available I scheduled a tour. That toured was confirmed and the day come and I got there 20 minutes before the confirmed time and sat there for about 30-40 more minutes after that to find out that the office which was supposed to be open until 6 that day closed early (around 5) and no one showed up for my tour. Contacted Brandy by email as well as left a message and days later still no response! Glad I didn’t have the tour now I know this is not a place I want to be.

This property made my short list from online research based on location and renovations to their apartments. I missed the leasing office last Saturday so I left a message after hours. I got a call back immediately which was a surprise in this tight rental market. Once I called back Maria was unbelievably helpful and so I decided to drive 1.5 hours to see the property. So glad I did! Looking forward to calling this place home:-).

The apartment itself and management are not issues here. For the high price though, its not worth what you get to live with... The appearance isnt bad but look close and you will see a lot of overly painted walls/frames to hide the age and deterioration but is the typical patch work by expected from any maintenance company. The real problem is terrible neighbors and no true policy enforcement as half the units are privately owned outside of Aspen Squares management control. Everyone smokes cigarettes and the hallways smell like it. Lots of dogs here... It can sound like a dog kennel at times. One dog barks, and then another... I would say at least 75% people here own a dog. Laundry machines literally bang around all night, well beyond the 10 PM rule. The dryer vents/exhaust are conveniently located near the windows/screens of the apartments so it commonly smells like a Fabreeze factory. Little kids run the hallways screaming with their parents in tow. Old noisy/creeky/thin floors allow you to hear every foot step should someone live above you. Within months of moving in, I had to file complaints about domestic abuse and extreme noise levels.Not all neighbors are bad as I have met some great people here and also learned that they did not rent through the Aspen Square and pay much less rent than what Aspen will charge you with the same features. Do your homework before signing a lease here... I wish I did.Also - expect Aspen to increase the rent every year.

Me and my boyfriend called earlier in the month looking for a 2 bedroom, the lady said there was non-available but if anything opens up she would contact us. YESTERDAY my boyfriend got a call saying there was a 2 bedroom that opened up and we scheduled to see it the next day. The lady has been messaging back and forth saying everythings set up for the showing. He shows up early for the showing and the leasing office says there is no 2 bedrooms available, that someone took it this morning. Dont you think if the lady had been messaging us through out the whole day yesterday she would have the common curdosty to message us saying the spot has been filled instead of wasting our time driving down there. She goes on to say if we put a down payment before seeing the apartment that they would of held it for us and if we didnt like it we would get our money back, noone communicated this to us in the messages before the showing. NOT IMPRESSED.
