Really great experience with Chris. Being a small business, it seemed most of the agencies we interfaced with prior to Pivot just wouldnt prioritize us as much as their bigger clients. We really feel like Pivot got us from the start; theyre not a bloated agency with multiple layers of departments and account managers, which has been a great thing. If we think of something, or if we have questions, we just call our guy Chris and hes always got time to workshop with us and theres great specialist staff in Pivot who more often than not can be summoned on a moments notice to save the day. Also as a side note, Chris has been extremely responsive during the past few months of COVID-19. While some of our other vendors are really starting to go AWOL on us, if anything Pivot has doubled down on their support for us and I imagine their other clients. Very glad to have these guys on our team!
