If I could give a zero I would. My company uses this company at our office and occasionally on our job sites. We are very, very disappointed with the service we receive. Our rep is Christine Walker who never returns calls or responds to emails. We moved our office location which apparently started a complete new contract with a higher rate. Why I dont know because we are in the same county. It was not presented as a new contract. I was under the impression that it was a continuation of service. It was called a location change. When I did finally get in touch with the rep regarding canceling service, I was informed that we would have to pay $1200 to cancel early. The next bill I got was $20.00 more. Coincidence, I dont think so. You have us until December. But I can warn others of how you price gouge and operate. American Disposal will get our business for $100.00 less a month. Truck Driver 949 has driven over my tree box on a weekly basis. It doesnt matter if I am watching or standing there, he drives right up, leaving huge tracks over the lawn there.I have contacted the company and his supervisor, they dont even bother to respond anymore.

Cannot be relied upon. They reliably miss scheduled pickups.

Drivers are great. The failure of this company is the customer service.

They never answer their phones. Held on twice for 25 minutes each time. No one ever picked up. Was calling to report that one of their trucks was dumping trash all over Franconia Road and did nothing about it.
