Dropped off a truck here after hours. No prob. All good. Called later to confirm drop off was good. Was told that I drove the truck 240 miles -- 70 miles more than what I calculate I drove. $120 charge. Asked if I recorded the mileage wrong and was told that I recorded it correctly. So now Im trying to figure out if I blacked out and drove it 70 miles out of the way or some thing fishy is going on...Add to this an earlier eyebrow-raising moment when I picked up the truck (from a different location) and noticed a discrepancy between mileage shown on the odometer of the truck and what was recorded on the paperwork given me at pick up. It was only six miles difference (for which I would be charged). Since I was going at least 100 miles, I didnt think much of it, but I did record it.Called the 1-800 number after speaking with a rep at the drop off location. Gabriel was nice but not helpful. No GPS on trucks to double-check usage.

Reserved a 12 moving truck since it was an available option. When we got to the site to get the truck, the guy at the front desk said they only have 18 truck which is harder to drive and more likely to be involved in an accident unless youre a professional truck driver.So, he managed to sell me the $40 insurance as where the truck rental was about $15. This made the moving much harder since Im not a professional truck driver, it was much harder to park and because of its size, and due to the size of the truck, it broke about 1/3 of branches of the tree on the front yard.In my opinion, this is a scam to make money off of insurance charges. I will never rent from Budget again.

Customer Service at this location is horrible. They gave us a truck with a engine Check light and then said if I want a truck with out a service light I need to wait. We spoke to them and asked for a truck to take across country. I will use uhaul next time budget not worth the hassle.

Showed up to pick up our truck and no one was here on a Wednesday. No one came for over an hour and customer service refused to contact anyone.
