I have taken my taxes here for about 4yrs, I thought they were doing a great job I recommend them to friends and family until I got audited by Virginia and the IRS. I later found out they forgot to include a w2 in my taxes and put a lot of travel miles on my vehicles which caused Virginia to look into my taxes. . In the end all this ended up costing me over $3k not to mention the stress of being audited. I would avoid this place.

My first visit was very pleasant, everyone was so generous and open to help me, not to mention the lady in front desk was very sweet and presentable. They were very efficient, and guided me through the process/ making sure that I understood. I am sure to go back and continue to do my taxes there.

Horrible place. They file my mothers taxes wrong, she had to pay a fine. And they didnt even process her taxes on time.

For four or five years, I took my taxes there. I got audited and found out that “Oz” had been lying about mileage on my car. He was adding like 30,000 miles and I had no clue he was doing it until I got audited. I asked for him to help pay for it but refused to pay. Beware if you take your taxes here. I thought all was legitimate until I got audited.

I do not recommend that you collect your taxes with that person, they do not help at all, on the contrary, they screw one of them, they made me the taxes and I had to pay they want receipts for everything, they do not help my person if they collect it beforehand. to pass what to my good day

I do not recommend making Tax returns with this company. They had no experience in what they were doing, it was wrong from the first moment. The IRS sends me notifications and they didnt show their faces to advise me. In the end I owe money to the IRS and they were never serious as a company.
