First time coming here because I’m a first time pool owner. The staff member didnt really help me. It seemed like he was training a new person and I felt like the he was trying to rush me. It showed me what I needed but didnt explain anything to me. I had to keep asking him questions and he would answer me short. Another customer came and he explained to me more than the staff member. If he was training a new worker I wouldn’t want him as trainer.

Very helpful, answered my questions, helped me find what I needed and didn’t try to upsell me, excellent service.

We buy pool supplies from the store all the time. They have great sales and coupons from time to time. Anything you need for a pool you can just about fine here.

They always have everything I need in stock. Staff is super friendly and they know stuff too.

My experience in the Manassas store was terrible, very rude woman behind the counter. Did want to help at all, not a person in the store. They dont deserve one star. I will get my pool supplies some where else. Very disappointed.
