This was the most invasive rental company that I have ever used. They have plenty of rules of what you cannot do in their rental houses. Lived in a property that they managed for 2 years. They would come and inspect the house every 5 months or so and take pictures of all of the rooms and your personal belongings. I did not like their photography process. As a renter, you do not receive copies of the pictures and it felt like an intrusion into your personal space. They also require you to have the gutters cleaned and the carpets cleaned professionally upon move-out with receipts. They are very hard on tenant responsibilities but things that are the responsibility of the owners will slide under the rug. So if you decide to rent from them, plan to be able to take time off work to attend to appointments that they require like sprinkler appointments, inspections of all areas of the house, and photographing your personal space on a regular basis. Out of all of the rentals that I have ever occupied, this company was by far the most intrusive which made it never feel like home. They make you feel like a guest in your rental property.

Tiffany and her team are fantastic. From the very beginning, we get them the details of what we were looking for and they provided quality options. I really feel that the team at Freedom look out for the best interests of their tenants and are available when needed. We look forward to continuing our relationship with this company! EDIT: All of the below review may have been true before, but Freedom Property Mgmt has taken a turn for the worst. I had to leave them and manage the property myself. There is no one at Freedom that cares to do their job anymore. Do yourself a favor and stay away.Tiffany and her team at Freedom Property Management are absolutely fantastic. Our previous property management company never did anything proactively and had difficulty following up without some serious prodding by us, the property owners. Freedom PM is a breath of fresh air.For example, ahead of the severe winds we recently had, Tiffany and her team sent emails to our tenants informing them of the danger, gave guidance on how to prepare, and what to do in case there was any damage to the house.We could not be happier with how Freedom Property Management takes care of our investment and our tenants.
