I just took my daughter in for her very last session at Family Insight. We will not be back. Her therapist seemed very concerned with payment above all else and went so far as to start a verbal altercation with me at the reception desk (with my daughter present as well as other patients) when I asked how much I owed. I have no problem paying our bill and in no way was trying to avoid paying the bill or copay, but not one person could actually give me a straight answer about what our balance was. When I asked the therapist what the amount owed was I was met with defensiveness and hostility, not professional and extremely distressing to myself and my seven year old daughter. In good conscience I cannot continue to send my child somewhere where the employees are so quick to fly off the handle and cannot have a mature conversation about very standard business practices. Avoid this place if you value professionalism.
This is the worst provider for kids with autism. They only care about a paycheck but not providing therapy to the patients. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Horrible place to work. Therapists are non-licensed. The work culture and environment are extremely non-professional.
Our family therapist, Natasha, is fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about her. She has been a wonderful blessing to our family and I’m so grateful we found her. Highly recommend!!!!
I feel like we wasted our time with them. We changed therapist 4 times the only one that had an impact could not stay with them because he was available only part time for them but was putting his hours with us. I was vwey patient but when changed I finaly umderstood what in home therapy is. I went with a new company and within a month I already so progress, I had parents sessions and I learned a lot.I felt as family insight was more like a babysitting service or a mentoring service more than Therapy. I regret staying that long with them.
