Jeff came highly recommended by a friend/neighbor. I called and Jeff took the time to answer all of my questions before I even decided I would have them work on my Lawn Tractor. Jeff picked up my tractor, diagnosed it and I approved the work to be completed. When he delivered the Lawn Tractor back to me, it ran like new. He even went ahead and corrected the alignment, at no charge. He said that he didnt want to give it back to me with in that condition. Great customer service and I would highly recommend Jeff and his shop!

Jeff and his team are great. Sad they moved to Gainesville but despite the move I still use Vienna Lawnmower because they are customer-focused, ethical, their prices are fair and they provide quality services. They are simply the best in the Washington DC area!

I have only great things to say about Vienna Lawnmower. They have serviced my Sears push mover and my John Deere garden tractor and I have been very happy with both experiences. They only perform the work requested and in one case suggested that they not do something I thought was needed (replace garden tractor battery). They always clean the items they service and they look like new after! Also, I arranged pick up and drop off of my garden tractor which happened right on time and with very little fuss. My items are running great now and I will go back to Vienna Lawnmower for all similar service.

Relocated from downtown Vienna, Va. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend trying out this shop if you need work on your lawnmower or snowblower.

Amazing Service...My story, is a bit longer than most. After dragging my very neglected toro lawnmower into their shop, I was expecting the usual-oversell and underperform. I am pleased to say that I was very wrong. Never tried to do anything other than what they said. Good people.

They dont go by what is said on the phone. Called on Friday about having oil drained from items for military relocation with a pickup the next business day. Was told no problem. Brought items in and they told me they had a two week delay with zero consideration for what I was told. Thanks for nothing.

Family owned shop. Fair & reasonable rates carries parts for most common equipment. As a DIY guy they are a great source to comiment/support the needs.

Great service, in fact when you ask Home Depot where they send Toro for warrenty work this is one of the certified shops. $10 more but I just bought here. Support small local business and all that.

I bought a new mower from this dealer less than a year ago and it included free blade sharpening. It started smoking so I took it in. I had to pay $40 for an assessment of damage (its still under warranty). It took 10 days just to get them to look at it and they told me nothing is wrong. It still cost me $40 to find out nothing. When I picked up my mower (to take it to another shop and get warranty work) they hadnt even sharpened the blade. They said they couldnt find where I had bought the mower from them. I showed them the reciept, they didnt care.

Im very disappointed with the work that was done by Vienna Lawnmower. I had my mover serviced on June 24 2016, because the deck will not lower. Less than 3 months later, Im having the same problem - my deck will not lower.

I bought my mower & have it serviced here. They are busy in spring, but worth the wait.

They need someone to answer the damn phone.
