DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE! They are unprofessional and have horrible customer service. I had a friend who worked here and she told me that the Dr. Farooque increases his service prices whenever he feels like it. One time he received a bill too high from lab Corp and he immediately increased the price for lab results and he makes his patients pay out of pocket for their lab results. Anyone who has been to a professional office knows that they don’t make you pay for your own results that the doctor ordered himself. But, at Dr Farooque’s offices they play dirty. If you don’t have insurance I advise you to never come to this clinic unless you want to be robbed for your money. He also was prescribing his patients medications without documenting any of it and was freaking out when HR was going to come in for inspection. The office is dirty and poorly managed and all his employees leave after a month. Dr. Farooque only cares about his business and not his patients health. Once he mentioned he could careless if patients with United healthcare were given an appointment because their insurance never pays. What kind of doctor does that who actually cares about his patients health?

My wife referred me to Valley Health Clinic since 2015 because thats her physician I cant since when for her. And I went there for my first physical and I was well treated. I appreciated their medical assistance and I keep the clinic as my physician as well. I also like the diversity at the place from Doctors to the reception, even patients.

Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. They make every visit easier.

Unprofessional staff. They made an appointment for me but their system was down for thatday. If its down they have to let us know. Dont go, just waste of your time. I wish I could rate zero.

My experience with Sudley pharmacy has been great. Cordial people . They go out of their way to provide to help you get your meds. And they do refills for you if possible ahead of time. And because I see my doctor across the hall they have gone to address the doctor for me when need to get a meds as well. Im very good with this pharmacy.

We had the best possible experience. We were passing through on a road trip when our pup started vomiting and having bloody stool. I called them on a Friday morning and although they were double booked, they scheduled us to come in. The tech was an absolute sweetheart, they ran more tests than the emergency clinic I went to last time this happened. Gave us meds and some CBD samples since Dusty has anxiety induced gastro issues. We were done in exactly an hour and the fee was so reasonable! If we lived in SC we would definitely come here again.

Do not think to come here! I’ve advised all my family to steer clear from this practice! It’s unprofessional, dirty, they rob your money, they’re scammers, and unprofessional doctors! I wish I could leave it 0 stars!

We asked an appointment with Dr. Farooque, but he didnt show up. Instead the appointment was with a lady that made her best. She isnt in their staff or medical assistants list showed at the companys website. The facilities are small for the size of staff and patients. The administration team behave like their salaries are related to the number of patients they could get.

Jacqueline Ramirez is an excellent Physician in the city of Manassas. Shes calm, comforting, and respectful. She will listen to your health issues and provide thoughtful recommendations. Great bedside manner. Best Physician I have ever had.

The customer service here is terrible! I made some exams and vaccines here where I was supposed to wait 3-4 days until I received a response, it’s been 2 weeks now, I didn’t receive any call, I did call every day and no answer or they picked up the phone and leave me there for 20 minutes with no answer!Definitely this is my last time coming here. Do not recommend this place to any one.Also the really “good reviews” here seem to be fake.

Would give 0 stars if I could! Received a letter today letting me go as a patient! The letter was full of lies, stated at my appt on Jan 11 of this year the Dr advised me of a care plan and what was EXPECTED of ME? And that a PA was present! The day of that appt I drove to a sterling for an early appt because that’s where I called and made my appt, just to find the office was not open that day and they should have told me it was at the Manassas location! I drove to the Manassas location, of course late due to the information provided to me by this office! I saw Dr Farooque, after waiting in an office full of people during a pandemic, my vitals were taken my I assume a PA and then Dr Farooque came in by himself, not with anyone else! We talked about my back issues, to which I have found a new Dr to care for my Chronic pain, we talked about sugar in my Urine that day, and about my Pulmonologist closing for good because of Covid! I was put on Vitamin D, blood was drawn to check my sugar level for the last 3 months, and sent home!I have a 4 yr old at home, I always ask for telehealth appts, and my last appt was for bloodwork! I advised them as o always do that me making it in is contingent on finding a babysitter, I was told to make the appt, they understood and I ended up having to cancel! She said she understood and it was no problem, callback when I could schedule! Well!!!! Somehow an appt was made for the 3rd, I DID NOT APPROVE such appt, and now I get a nasty letter saying because I have not followed medical advice and missed appts, they can no longer see me? I won’t even go into the last bill I got for yet another appt cancelled that they tried to charge me a no show for, and a charge for something called a level 4 appt!I will be reporting them for insurance fraud, and just an FYI, pay everything with your card, because if you pay in cash, they come at you months later for non payment!I’m pretty sure the fact they have zero social distancing going on is something that needs to be reported also! As far as looking for a new Dr, that is no problem! Even with an apt you wait sometimes over an hour to even get back to be seen, they never call with results which left my mom in the hospital, and most of the employees are very unprofessional and carry on conversations that are far from appropriate in an office setting with patients present! I prefer minute clinic any day of the week!

Small waiting area but good staff and doctors. Got my stitches there and vaccinations. Better to walk in than schedule appointments. I did both and walk ins are better if you need care sooner.

I have called the office three times for an urgent medication refill. No response . they have good customer service but very inefficient in getting things done.

My mother had a appointment through the phone with the new Doctor Jacqueline Ramirez . I will tell you she was unprofessional and rude! Ive been going to this clinic for 10 years Amazing doctors, but the other day I came in for a check up after a sugery. The lady at the front desk was very rude about giving me information i needed. Its always the People that are the front desk that are rude about the smallest thing.

I had taken appointment for Dr.Abdullah Farooque, M.D. and I was given appointment after 2 weeks from the day I called. When I had reached Manassas Clinics, they tried to show me to different provider without informing me earlier and Dr. Abdullahs unavailability was not communicated earlier which is really unexpected. So, I had to get out without seeing the doctor wasting my 1.5 hour. Ill never go to this clinic for any treatment and I would not recommend this place for treatment as my First experience is horrible.

I love this office. The Nurse Practioner Lynn is very knowledgeable and kind. I felt well cared for and listened too. The staff here is amazing and friendly. I will be suggesting this office to my family and friends.

The health care provided by my Primary Care Physician, Dr. Abdullah Farooque and his Physician Assistants is outstanding and beyond reproach. The recent overhaul of the administrative staff is an impressive upgrade, and my recent visit with Dr. Farooque was a very pleasant visit, in large part due to his support staff and their customer service and caring spirit. Keep up the great work. Your role in the health care is very important.

Received a COVID-19 test in late July. They claimed to have a technical issue processing my insurance and said I can pay $80 cash and file a claim with my insurer (annoying, but not a big deal), so I paid in cash. One month later, I receive a bill in the mail for the amount I already paid (even more annoying). I tried to log on to their patient portal to resolve this and keep getting 403 Forbidden error when attempting to log in (more annoyances). I have a copy of the receipt showing I paid and will contact them by phone tomorrow to resolve this. Depending how that interaction goes, Ill adjust this review. What should have been a quick and easy COVID test is taking up much more time than it should.

HORRIBLE CLINIC. BE CAREFUL they ll prescribe services you dont need just to take your money and use new equipment they mightve recently gotten. 2 Quick examples; they ordered my husband a kidney ultrasound saying his numbers were a little off on his annual check up, results came back normal. Then on my annual check up they told me the same, because I knew about my husband I declined it. Another example one doctor ordered me an x ray for my wrist knowing that x ray would not show anything as the issue was on the tendon not the bone, but they just did it to take money. They also lack communication between doctors and office staff. Doctor told me I needed to have another blood work done along with ultrasound six week after and that a nurse will call to schedule app. They never called I had to!. They said it had to be Saturday as ultrasound person was there that day only. I had to ask permission from work to go and when I get there doctor did not make an order for blood work. He wasnt there so they could not get it done!! No notes from my last appointment or anything. Wasted my Saturday! and this is also a COVID TESTING PLACE SO I HAD TO WAIT WITH A BUNCH OF PPL WAITING TO BE TESTED FOR COVID-19 for nothing! to add on they never see you on time! even if you have an appointment you always have to wait sometimes more than an hour! Ive coming here for a few years now but I need to take the time to look for another doctor. That will be my goal this coming year!

My last encounter I was told if I didn’t make a payment on my account I would not be given refills on my medication. This was from office personnel, Dr. Farouque called me and sent the scripts in. The doc and nurse practitioner are great if you want to put up with the incompetence of the office personnel. The lady that does labs is also very good. I have found a new practice to go to.

Not only did they want to give me a shot I didn’t need, they failed to tell me my paper work wasn’t ready. I waited 45 minutes for them to tell me to come back another day. When I came back the paper work was still not ready. One of the worst clinics I have gone to.

BE WARE...I looked at all the high reviews on google and made an appointment for my wife and I. I wish I had not trusted the reviews, seems like these are fake reviews...It quickly became evident something doesnt add up. He wasnt even adept enough to draw blood and had us go the LabCorp.I visited 3 times, I had heart and liver problems and my wife had sinus infection. But never received any prescription or referral for the continued work that he recommended, every time he stated that for insurance reasons I have to schedule another visit to get the prescriptions and referrals (something that I have never heard of!)Didnt care to follow up at all on the bloodwork results, we had to schedule a visit ourselves 2 weeks later, even though the results were available next day. The annual physical checkup didnt included hearing check nor EKG, I have never had such a experience with a doctor. He is only after charging for visits, doesnt have proper lab/blood heart equipment on site.The 3rd time to schedule a visit for the prescription, I called ahead to make sure he is in (not in office half the week) and I was told yes I can walk in at 12:30. Doctor didnt show up until 2PM and of course he was clueless as to what had transpired the last 2 visits so we had to start scratch with the examinations. During this time he was extremely rude and disrespectful as if it was my fault he was 2 hours late or wasnt aware about the previous 2 visits in the prior weeks and had other patients waiting. He finally wrote the referral for me but when I asked for my wifes antibiotic prescription he rudely yanked the prescription out of my hand ripped it up asking me to leave his office in front of other patients. I have never been more disrespected or hamulated in my life let alone a doctors office.Im very sorry and disappointed that something crazy like this happened over something so simple; that a doctor who is suppose to be of service to the people prioritized number of visits over customer satisfaction or common decency. Look elsewhere. If 0 starts was an option he would have receive that.

My wife’s appointment was 11:00 she waited until 12:00 and still wasn’t taken back. There aren’t any COVID-19 Precautions being taken they pack there office full zero social distancing if you can’t rely on a doctor office to take COVID-19 seriously then who Can you?! The staff is very disrespectful specially the front desk staff and this includes the new nurses. I have years of being Dr.Farooque’s patient and he is an excellent doctor but the the staff are very unprofessional because they are very rude and give an attitude when you ask them questions specially Dr.Lynn, she is extremely rude and doesn’t let you explain yourself for the reason you are actually attending your appointment, which is why people go to the doctor. You are not even able to call them for medicine refills because you already have to pay, they just care about your money. Sadly this clinic has changed very much because of the staff. This is my point of view because of my personal experience.

Not happy at all with my past few experiences. Cant get phone calls or emails returned. Place seems to busy now to cover all the bases. The issue is, its health care, if I didnt need something important I would not be reaching out, every phone call is important to someone.

I went to Valley Health for the first time last week. The staff were all attentive to my situation. I had a brief wait to be seen and the PA took time to listen to my problem and offer suggestions for future care. I was given a prescription that day and instructions for follow up. I will definitely use Valley Health again when needed and have recommended them to my friends.

They were awesome and great experience

Upon entering office, I was very rudely greeted by staff (possibly nurse, receptionist were polite). Very unprofessional, had to call repeatedly for months leaving messages with no response, just to get an appointment. They debated why I was never contacted as I sat in the room and waited, along with loudly and rudely talking about an interaction had with another patient, making the statement Do they not have Hemorrhoids in her country?! ... was very shocked and disgusted, seriously thought I was being pranked.

I wasn’t happy with my visit. I waited about 45 mins for my first appointment and then when I needed to sign and pick up a document I waited about 40 mins. There is no hand sanitizer anywhere for anyone coming in to use to protect against Covid which was a big surprise considering it’s a doctors office. They have the refill stands but they were empty both times.

Very poor service and disorganized. Highly disappointed with their service. I took my parents there for immigration medical check up. They messed up the dates. I had to go there multiple times for the same reason. Service is horrible. Staffs were not apologetic. It’s unbelievable !! Such a pathetic service.

There is nothing urgent care about this place. They take so long to see you and I literally seen people check In and walk out right after. Try using another urgent care. No one has time to sit and wait all day . They tend to attend to patients who speak Spanish quicker.

Such a pathetic service. Please find a better place to go to and don’t waste your time here.

5 stars for Dr Farooque and my telemedicine appointment. He has been my doctor for 15 years now. I plan to switch to the new office in Sterling so I can actually see him. Rating for earlier Manassas office visit shows separately.

I have been a client at Valley Health Clinic for approximately 10 years. In that time I have received very good care; the doctors are genuinely concerned for my health and well being. They are continuously upgrading their equipment and healthcare processes to insure optimal service for their patients.

Please do not go here. The work they do is not ethical. They will only take your money. Thats all they care about. My girlfriend and I came here and pretty much wasted $200 without getting an answer. The front desk girl doesnt know how to give you any answers or be helpful.

Im came to this office for more the 3 years, all my family members came here, is great place and the doctors and the nurses and practical nurser are the best. Be prepared for a 3 hour visit because it’s so unorganized. You can feel the doctors and medical assistants aren’t on the same page. The new doctors are horrible and is the main reason why I’m switching. One in particular had no bedside manner and was very forceful with her medical care. All it takes is one bad egg to spoil the bunch and take it from someone who has been going here for 11+ years.

Came in with my mother and paid our 100$ for our consult and had to pay another 40$ for my mothers EKG which is fine. But they stated our blood work is included with our 100$ and now theyre making my mother pay another 70$ for her blood results. And while we were there the nurses ordered pizza hut... great example guys.

Wonderful clinic, caring Doctors and employees, its a busy practice so we all need to support them. Healthcare is a tough job. Every patient need individual care and time. So lets give thumbs up for them.

Avoid this place like the plague!!!! Very unclean and unprofessional. Gave this place a second chance when I became sick again. The nurse never told me my temperature, didn’t even set up the nebulizer correctly and when the doctor came back, she simply set the machine on the chair and the mouth piece fell on to the chair (only to ask me if I wanted a second one). The nurse made me administer my own flu test (appalling). Chest x-rays were done of which I was told were clear for the exception of inflamed bronchioles. Was prescribed meds, wasn’t even given a summary of my visit of diagnosis. Overnight I took a turn for the worse, went to Novant Urgent Care of which cheer x rays were done and I was told I have pneumonia. The doctors at this place are so unprofessional. The first time I went the doctor on staff was yelling at a patient telling them to leave and came out to where everyone could hear stating that person was never allowed back. This last time I went, same doctor was on the phone busy returning pants. The place is filthy, with stuff piled on top of each other. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!

I had a great experience with the Nurse Practitioner, Shan! She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate!I also did my laser hair removal for my face and under arms, and I am very happy with the results! I highly recommend trying laser hair removal with Shan!

Just about the worst staff you can find anywhere. They are rude and simply just dont care about getting jobs done efficiently. In a medical clinic, you are supposed to show empathy to patients and take care of their requests. Instead, you either get an attitude from this staff or they try to get off of the phone without properly acknowledging your request. In the clinic, they are the most disorganized staff I have ever seen. I saw them handing off the wrong forms to patients and ignoring them when they mention that they dont have the correct forms. These families have to deal with this inconvenience in addition to concerns about the health of their family member. I called last week about getting my medication refill and it is still not ready after 3 days. My advise for everyone is to stay away from this clinic. I am in the process of finding a new doctors that has a staff that actually cares about patients and are passionate about their jobs.

The staffs at Valley Health Clinic were very efficient in process me as a new patient (walk-in) especially Maria, who was super nice and helpful. Dr Farooque was very nice and helpful. Nurse Sadler was nice and fast! Both were very detailed and professional in what they do. This clinic is a one stop clinic, you can physical exams, common illness, eye exams, etc. either make an appointment or walk in. Totally recommend!

Horrible customer service. First time I was here and I had an appointment and I waited almost 2 hour. And they said there is no appointment made for you. Second time again I was here waited almost an hour and I had appointment. Then I left cuz I was getting late. As soon as I left they called my lawyer saying he wasnt patient enough and left.

Terrible organization. I took my mom there vaccines for uscis. They didn’t have vaccines we need. So we had to wait. After that they called us saying my mom report ready to picked up. We went there but report was not ready at all and let us wait ages. I paid almost $750 for poor service.

I went to this clinic for my medical check up. I had to wait 45 minutes to see the doctor which was a bit high, but many patients were sick and elderly which takes time to care for them. I was amazed by the care i received and get all my medicare care in one stop. I recommend my friends and family to get medical care in this clinic.

This place is so unprofessional. Please do not waste your time coming here. They make you do a lot of fun around and doctors are always talking about other clients information out in the open. I also came for a walk in the to dizziness and all a doctor said was get some sleep and didnt even explain my blood results. I had to come back after worst symptoms to find out she failed to tell me more details. I wouldnt recommend at this point I should of just went to a CVS clinic.

Great practice! Can be busy in the mornings but Ms. Sadler and Dr Faroowue are great. Both are very smart and handsome a large amount of problems in the office.

I checked in at 1:51 to have a tb reading it was 2:30 and I had to asked what was going on the dr said I was looking for your results. She was very rude. I said I was sitting her for 40 min she was rude about that to. The first time here I liked them but sec time I was here they took long time and was to busy talking about non worke related stuff. Also my results was on my arm not in my file.

I went for a procedure which didnt happened even after two visits to this office . I found the information misleading after calling the supplier and another Doctor for second opinion.
