I hired this company for a deep cleaning of my ENTIRE house last week. They skipped my whole basement, didnt wash ANY baseboards. The glass on both sliding glass doors were filthy. They didnt wipe the cupboards in the kitchen or the walls. They light fixtures in all the rooms werent wiped. The couch wasnt vacuumed under (and it is an electric recliner that lifts up for easy access). I paid extra to have the fridge cleaned and it wasnt even touched at all. They didnt vacuum out the metal tracks on any of the closets. It was a terrible job. It didnt even qualify as a good regular cleaning, let alone a deep cleaning. I wanted to start having a cleaner come in twice a week but I wanted to see if they did a great job first. No way. I will keep shopping around.

I’m just glad there are professionals that you can easily contact and ask help from when it comes to needs like this. I have become very busy since having a kid and I couldn’t be bothered about cleaning apartments with 4 rooms. Good job so far.

I tried their service three months ago since it was sort of an emergency. I needed the house cleaned for some guests the next day but didn’t have the time to do it. They sent their maids who did a thorough job. I have been using their services eversince.
