I booked this company for move out cleaning services. First they were an hour late for the scheduled meet time. I would think if they were running that far behind they would call and let me know but I had to call the company twice to find where they were. They said it was due to traffic but I looked at traffic patterns and no route signified that much of a delay. There is no way they left in enough time to get to my house by the scheduled time. When they finished cleaning I wasn’t notified of completion I just happened to return and they were gone. Lastly while I dont expect the cleaning service to make the space brand new I did expect basics like cleaning base boards, cleaning the pull out drawer under the stove, whipping underneath the microwave and wiping off walls. Overall I would I not recommend this company as their communication is poor and their work is not thorough

I hired this cleaning service for a move out deep cleaning. Contracting the service was easy and assuring. Unfortunately, the house keepers did not clean the property thoroughly (left the refrigerator completely uncleared as well as other rooms). The carpet cleaner lost / misplaced / did not return the key to my property. I had to call a locksmith.I am amending this review because the company reimbursed me for locksmith costs, which is greatly appreciated.

Wonderful service! I loved how professional everyone thing went. The consult prior to look at my home of what was needed and not needed. Then I scheduled my apt. The ladies came the same day, i was lucky to get a same day apt and they did a wonderful job. This helped me out so much and i cant wait to have them come back in two weeks. The took all my worries and stress away from dusting, cleaning all the rooms, bathrooms & floors. I would defiantly recommend this company to friends and family. Thank you all so much for the awesome cleaning and for being on time and professional.

I had a crew of two clean my three level town home. The crew did a fantastic job. They were efficient and very knowledgeable about what products would work best for our specific floors, counters, carpet, etc. Scheduling was easy and done over the phone. The crew arrived at the time requested. Unlike other companies, Elite offered a reasonable arrival window. I shopped around and this company offered competitive rates. The crew who cleaned my home was absolutely wonderful.

Whenever I need a good cleaning at home, I order up my service with Elite Cleaning. The team is always prompt, and they do an excellent job with the deep cleaning. Always a satisfied customer. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Elite Cleaning Services. I just moved out of a rental townhouse and needed to have it professionally cleaned per the lease. The Elite staff were prompt for the appointment. I was very impressed with the cleaning services. The staff cleaned the entire townhouse in the estimated time as well. I will definitely use this service in the future.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! When I first contacted this company, I was given an estimate of $240-$320 for a first time cleaning. I was told that the first time was hourly, but after that it would be a flat rate (much less) for regular service. It had been a long time since the house was cleaned, so I knew 3 hours was not enough time. I was expecting 4-5 hours for a team of two people, since that was about what it would take my prior cleaning lady if she had not been to the house in a while.The crew showed up on time, but only spoke some English. While I appreciated that they were trying to be thorough, they were incredibly slow. After 4 hours they were still working on the top level of a three level home. A supervisor stopped by the house and I told him they were too slow. I also told him that I did not want to spend $6-700 to get the house cleaned. He said it was not going to be that much and that he would talk to them and speed them up. They would be done in 2 more hours.At 3:00 the supervisor stopped in again. They were still working on the main level. At this point I told him I just wanted them gone and to send a different crew the next day. He said he would. They still stayed another hour, but did not even get to the basement level.The next day I left three messages asking for a call back from the supervisor. I wanted to tell him that the first crew had broken my living room blinds, broken one of the toilet seats and used a harsh chemical that stripped the finish off of a very expensive table. The second crew did eventually come the next day, but the supervisor never even called me back. I just saw my credit card bill, and they charged me $640. Double the estimate they gave me, plus I had to buy new blinds, fix the toilet seat and spend two hours re-polishing the table they stripped. Obviously I am NOT a happy customer but no one ever bothered to follow up with me.

I have been a customer 2 years now and I receive their cleaning services 2 x a month, well worth the money I pay. The cleaners are great! I wouldnt know where to begin such as changing the linens, too of room fans and light fixtures cleaned, and baseboards cleaned and I usually walk my dog while they clean. Leave money out, its still there, never had an issue with theft or damage to personal property. I say go to ELITE CLEANING SERVICES 1ST, their services are the BEST!

I would like thank Elite cleaning for great job has been doing for years. When I first start with them I got pricing from other places as well, their price was the best one for the quality of the cleaning they do. I would recommend them to everyone.

This was the second cleaning company I had to call in, as the first company, The Cleaning Authority, did not do well even after coming back to fix the first bad job they did, and cost triple the price of Elite.Im in a new and much bigger house than Im used to and that doesnt have much furniture in it yet, but was left very grimy by the previous owners. I also just had hardwood flooring and carpeting installed, so there was additional construction dust and debris to deal with. The 2 ladies from Elite came through and took care of all the floors, dusting the baseboards (that was their suggestion, I was too overwhelmed by life to even think of that), cleaning spaces I hadnt originally asked them to, because they were thorough and thoughtful.They finished a little earlier than expected and wanted to make sure I got the most for my money since I was already paying for the full 3rd hour, so they checked with me to see if there was anything else they could help me with. Helping me is exactly why I needed them and they did their job above and beyond my expectations.I had a disgusting set of kitchen pantry shelves that may as well have been coated in honey and lard. Truly stomach turning. I was expecting to have to replace all the shelves and although I asked if they could try cleaning them, I didnt expect much. The last cleaning company supposedly tried to clean the shelves twice and they looked like they hadnt been touched before the Elite ladies had their way with them. The shelves are now SPOTLESS. Im not even sure how much money they saved me and now I dont need to worry about it.I work 60 to 80 hour weeks in a high stress job, with a messy husband (I love him) and 2 ridiculous shedding dogs (theyre great), so when I get home from work its all I can do to put food on the table some nights. Cleaning is something I only have time to focus on when its the weekend and that means a lot goes undone until I cant take it anymore. I am gratefully setting up ongoing biweekly cleaning service with Elite and I cannot tell you what a relief that is.I look forward to posting another review when my regular service starts. Dont waste time or money trying anyone else until you try Elite.

My parents as well as my two sibling used to live in this house too, but everyone has moved to California and I’m staying since there are some unfinished business here. The place has obviously become too big for me to clean and maintain so I have been hiring this cleaning service and so far, I can’t complain.

I hired two cleaners for two hours to clean an unoccupied basement apartment for $140. After the 1st hour, all had not even completed the bathroom! I have never seen professional cleaners work so slowly or less thoroughly. I had empty wardrobes which they cleaned the outsides of, leaving a coat of dust on the top and dirt inside. They didnt clean under the sink, in any of the empty furniture drawers, refused to move furniture even a few inches when vacuuming and left a pile of crumbs and dead bugs under a chair and left rotted food in the refrigerator and had not cleaned the shelves!!! Two people working for 2 hours on a small vacant apartment should have been more than enough time to do a thorough, deep clean. As it was, I had to clean another full hour after they left to make up for all they missed. Do Not Use!!!!

I would have to admit that they are not the cheapest cleaning service in the area. I have tried two others before them and they were both cheaper than Elite Cleaning Services. But I’d rather pay a little more than settle with mediocre cleaning.

I wish I had put in a good word about them before. Because I am really impressed not only by the quality of the work they do, but also by their customer service. They speak with their clients well and they keep their word
