Great place. Well laid out. Good speeds for traffic. Crosswalks in good spots.

Great lunch and dinner options. Food was cooked perfectly and filling. The water we had was on point. The hostess met me at the door with a smile and was very helpful. One of the people in my group had an issue that was quickly addressed.

During this visit, we actually were across the road from the Signal Hill Shopping Center. I tried to acknowledge this fact within the Google review system. We visited the newly opened Lidl grocery store, which is very nice and well stocked.

Has pretty much anything you can need all together in a convenient spot.

Went to Panera, ordered on the screen in store, moderately simple without many problems. Good food @ an OK price.

Around 1400 hours its always traffic going in and out, because the chick filet, but its a nice little shopping center, I go to fresh world they have a variety of food from different countries. Like India, Japan, Mexican, African, and Chinese.

Went to the Glory Days waited a long time had to sit in to get some 699 burgers special very slow

Poor parking plan creates traffic backups heading to Chik-fil-A.Aside from driving in it, it is fine though you can tell how dated it has gotten due to insufficient upkeep.

There are plenty of parking. International supermarket (Fresh World) can be seen from street at normal driving speed. Improvement needed: They can trim down the trees a little to reveal the store guide panel a little better (to let us see whats inside the shopping center.Foods and choices for quick and sit-down eats available. Areas has outdoor benches for pedestrians (in the parking lot). Overall experience in and out: good.

Ruby Tuesday fan. Great food. Fantastic coupons. Little disappointed they charge extra for salad bar and they raised prices on food too. They serve no dinner rolls or sweet potatoes

The big grocery store is great.Yazmin taqueria #2 or what ever is great. Al Pastor is the bomb

Its a fairly old place and it feels like its on a downward trajectory. There used to be a Shoppers Warehouse - a rather cheap grocery store. Now its replaced by a Fresh World, which seems like an even cheaper grocery store. There was a Blockbuster store that went out of business, which then was replaced by a hair cuttery, which didnt last long, then by a pet store, then it was vacant. Theres a Chick-fil-a that seems to be thriving. Plus theres a popular Panera bread and a bunch of businesses that are doing well like UPS store, HR block, a branch of the Capital one bank.

Stopped in here to grab a few things while in town and found it to be a nice little stop with great stores

Nice overall, Game stop, Subway, and the Panera Bread are great.Wish the Shoppers was still there, Fresh World is ok though. Security Guard there acts rather odd, guess because Im a white dude who grocery shops in a store where pretty much just Latinos shop lol. Oh well ☺

I have very mixed feelings about this place. On one hand it has a lot of convenient stops that make my life better. On the other it seems like half the time I come here I leave feeling angry and/or stressed out. I love Panera normally but this one either gets my order wrong or has some confusion with my order that makes getting food there a 20-30 minute process. The Chic-Fil-A is great (not shocking) but the orientation of their drive through exit is awful. If people knew how to drive it probably wouldnt be a big deal, but since everyone has a Driving IQ of about -93 around here, that exit just creates a massive confusing nightmare. Still, I come here frequently because it has so much that I like.

Pretty nice place. Love the animal clinic there. Homely and knowledgeable. But the petco in that area has GOT to step their game up. And the led is pizza is GREAT!!

Fresh Worlds vegetables and meat are fresher and of better quality than most grocery chains.

Nice shopping center with lots of choices for food and speciality stores. Also a clean and easily accessible location whether walking around or driving. Very few empty stores or ones that have gone out of business, and that is a good sign.

Go to the glory days here for the best gluten free food in the plaza.

Signal Hill Anim Clinic on Liberia & Signal Hill Rd is extraordinary for its amiable caring staff. Dr Rocky Deutch & Dr. Lao, Dr Deshaise & other associates are absolute tops in their profession. These are Veterinarians & Staff you can trust with you loved pet family members.

Its clean and it has Glory Days but the food cart are truly the worst in the industry. Im getting ready to stop shopping there if its not taken care soonPERIOD

It has a Chick-fil-A, a Fresh World, animal Care, etc. The parking lot is spacious with multiple entrances/egresses.
