Jim and his crew assessed the project, put together a timeline which they adhered to and did a fantastic job. The roof at one of our sites in Richmond was in really bad shape and his team replaced it with a warranty approved new roof. I commend him and his team for doing an exceptional job. I will be using them again with the quickness if such a need arises.

My relationship with this company started back prior to June 2019. The original estimator was friendly and professional. Estimate was given and I contacted my insurance company to process my claim on my roof, fascia and soffit. Work was originally promised for fall 2019, it was not until January 2020 that the majority of the work, the roof was completed. Once they received my first insurance claim payment, they immediately changed their behavior. The original promise to install the roof went from early fall to late fall to winter to January 2020. Work was completed so fast, it was substandard. Absolutely no attention to detail whatsoever by the installer team. Installed 14 squares, not a big job. The lower edges of my shingles are wavy and areas throughout the roof, shingles are not laying flat down even months after extremely hot weather. Did not cleanup the job. Nails and green roofing tabs left all over my from and back yard. From that point it all went downhill. The original estimated, was no longer with the company. The Account Manager or Office Manager was working from home and using her personal cell phone. I immediately contact her to express my concerns, she gave me the owners number and said to contact him. I sent multiple text messages to the own about my concerns with pictures. He was very unprofessional, cussing at me demanding payment for work that was not done correctly or completed as promised. It took months to get another crew here to repair the damaged fascia and soffit materials. A two man crew showed up and replace only once side of the upper roof and it was the wrong side! Contacted office manager and owner and was treated rudely! Months later now and defects in roof are not fixed, owner has basically said, the roof is perfect. Sent pictures and list of concerns to owner. Nothing but cussing and threats when speaking to the owner on the phone. Months went by, without any response. I have held back the last payment for the work and requested that the roof defects be repaired and other work be completed. Now at this point do not even want to deal with the owner. Asked him to have his attorney contact me! Terrible company! Not professional, Not timely! did not keep original promised schedule. Once they received my first check, they changed their attitude. I would not recommend using this company. If you are using this company, watch everything they do and check their work! Do not pay them until the work is completed properly and completely! Now, I guess I will have to go to court to get my roof repaired!

I have used United Roofing for several properties and I got to give them 5 stars overall. Yielbert always provided excellent customer service. Recently my roof had a trim sloughed off by a strong wind and He sent his staff to fix it right away.

Stay away from this company, they are fast talking with very little fallow through. Estimate was completed in May 2019 and the work was not completed until the end of 2019. I had to repeatedly call them to find out what was going on and they never returned my calls. Lady that said she was the CFO of the company cursed me over the phone because I would release the final payment due to the project not being completed. They left scaffolding in yard for 3 months and killed my grass. Window screens werent returned for 6 months and I had to hold check before they would bring them back. Stay away from this company they are storm chasing contractors that are hard to deal with during the process. Mo Guerrero was the salesman that always said he would check on status and I would have to call multiple times to get resolutions.Stay away from this company at all cost.

They are real professionals.I had my root replaced via insurance claim with the help of Rich Kim from United Roofing.Even though the whole neighborhood of over 800 homes experienced the same problem over the past years, my house was the odd one out that didnt get the claim approved. I was denied multiple times but Rich thoroughly examined before the claim and was with me through the whole process making it easier for the homeowner.The real difference from others was when the adjuster came out for inspection, he and his crew came to help the adjuster showing the damages and when I received only partial replacement approval he persistently worked on getting the full claim with his supplement department. Months later I was given the full approval and now have a beautiful roof.The technicians who came out to install all did an excellent job and it was assuring to see the owner of the company coming to check on the job.In the past I had many different companies just trying their luck with my insurance claim which made me skeptical about these companies and I had the same feeling when Rich approached me saying how he is different from those storm chasers but after listening to him my gut feeling told me that he might be different and I was right.I recommended these guys to my neighbors and he is working on my other house as well.

My husband and I needed work done on our roof as we had a major leak in our bathroom. Rich came out to our home and inspected the damaged area and we were given lots of information regarding the issues we had. He told us that he would be giving us an estimate as well as a list of things needed to be done in order of priority. About a week went by and I had not heard from him so I reached out again, he told me he would be getting back to me by the end of the day. It has been over a week since then and I have attempted to reach out and have gotten no response. Our goal was to get this work done as soon as possible as the leak is causing interior damage and we have been getting a lot of rain.I find it quite unprofessional and a waste of time. Due to his lack of response, we have wasted weeks of time that we could have resolved the issue and not caused more damage to our home.Im extremely disappointed as I had read very good reviews about this company and I thought I could trust them. I cannot speak for the quality of work as I have no experience regarding that. But I do believe that time is the most valuable thing and he wasted mine.

I was very disappointed with the salesman mainly because he lied often to me. I met him 8 months ago and he told me he could get the roofing done with full approval from my insurance. Unfortunately, I only got half of it approved. After this, he never took my phone calls. He texted me later, saying that he claimed the other half and already sent all the necessary files to my insurance so I could get the full roof coverage approved. He told me to wait up to 3 months.I waited and waited and eventually, I found out he never sent that file to my insurance.Now, I dont want to waste my time and effort anymore so I am no longer with this company. I dont know now who to trust.

Richard made this whole process a lot more manageable. His team did such a great quality job on our new roof. They were super professional and always kept us updated. Our insurance was definitely not the easiest to work with, but Richard and his team handled all of that for us. Great service!

The company came to my house, they were fast with the inspection and got my home approved really quickly. After they came to do the installation they did the whole job in a single day, it was a fantastic job!

I applied for a sales position months ago, I had spoken to them before. Now its very clear that they cycle through sales people at an alarming rate. Advise, first and foremost always always be professional, everything else is secondary. Good luck to those that look to this company for products and services. Why? Sales quotas, pricing structure and margin will affect two parties the hardest the salesman and the customer. In other words; always squeeze the customer or lose your job.

Stay away from this contractor! Dishonest people! They are greedy, and want to get paid without doing any work.United roofing sweet talked me into roof and siding replacement in spring of this year.They overextended initial damage report on my house by including few exterior items which were in good shape, and didn’t need repair or replacement. When I saw that in United roofing claim to my insurance company, I questioned contractor. Yilbert, representing the company,asked me to just sign off on the claim and accept large insurance check, and then pay him entire amount of the check. I refused to pay for fraudulent estimates and only paid United roofing for the work which they performed. Now United Roofing is threatening me with placing lien on my house. These guys are so obnoxious! How dare they demand money for the work they have never done?!I will see United roofing in court so that company looses their operating license.
