Never get updates, answer back which was promised. I needed a concrete slab inspection for county’s request. I fully explained to Victoria and gave my permit information, so she could talked to county. She talked me she received all paperwork from county and she will send it back with my inspection report.Victoria sent me an inspector nextday, but couldn’t do anything due to miscommunication between their office and him. I had to paid $270 the day before he comes. However, didn’t receive any notice how they are going to do my concrete slab. I had to call twice and talked to Trisha and explained again, and she promised call me back next day. I was waiting till 5pm. I was hoping they keep their promise with a client who paid the fee they asked for. But, the office is closed.I am really dissapointed all these experiences with SCE engineering consult. Please be professional and be prompt.
