They say it will take 2 to 3 days but there is no response until weeks when call them they hold me for 10+ minutes then hang up on me....

The geek squad team at this location is not helpful in the least. Had to come in twice with touch screen issues and was told both times (after making appointments) that their technician was out and they couldn’t help me. After the second time and over a week of waiting I was told that the next available appointment would be over a week out. When I expressed that I was dissatisfied with this as they had already pushed me back twice management became frustrated with me and I had to suggest to them to call around to other stores to see if anyone else had a sooner appointment. Customer service, and communication are atrocious and I will not be returning to this store.

I have to give 5 stars to Simon! He was excellent!! He came to our place of business and was very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our new TV was installed properly. I will definitely use geek squad again and ask for Simon hes the best!

Only for people with no technical background whatsoever

The sales person was more than happy to push the service for $100.00+, but absolutely FAILED to deliver on their promise.For example: I simply wanted data retrieval of my laptop, whose battery had died, and the memory transferred to my other laptop. After a week, they said it was ready, and then reneged on that not soon after. Long story, short, after 3 weeks I got my computers back only to find that they had not given me the data I asked for.I suggest going with a company who can actually help you.

Muy pesimo seguro le cobran a uno dos años y nisiquiera le ayudan a uno cuando se le pierde el cell son unos ladrones y tiene pesimo servicio al cliente lo tratan muy mala clientes 😡😡😠
