Absolutely, no clue what customer services looks like. I entered the shop for the first time ever; therfore, I did k ow who to speak with. I stood in the shop for about 5-7 minutes and no one even acknowledged my presence. Very bad first impression. I would not return or ever refer anyone to this ace of business.

AVOID THIS PLACE. if you are looking for cheap and poor quality work, this is your shop. I got my lower valance of my 2011 Mustang painted from eddies custom for a reasonable price. I purchased the valance directly from cirvini which is reputable auto body supplier. The valance is made of polyurethane which needs some prep work before painting. It didnt even take a week until paint start chipping and cracking because the painter just sprayed black paint without preping the valance. After two weeks of going back and forth with eddie and waiting hours for him to finish talking to his buddies over the phone, he finally agreed to paint the valance again and he told me that he fired the last painter because he wasnt experienced enough. His new painter wasnt any good either because I have the same issue again. Now I have to pay another shop to fix his mistake. This place deserves no star.
