Just opened a new business. We called three times and sent an email for business insurance. 2 of the three phone calls I was told some one would call back. Never did. No response to email. One phone call at 4:55PM went to VM that said they close at 5 and were closed. I left an annoyed but professional message if they didn’t want the business at least call me to tell me that. Nothing. We previously used Kerxton insurance which Brown and Brown bought or merged with this year. If we needed someone at Kerxton we had almost immediate responses. In 9 years we paid Kerxton tens of thousands in premiums. Apparently Brown and Brown does not need or want to service the little guy? I don’t know since they won’t call me back. I’ve owned three businesses. I understand things fall through the cracks. I am not one to leave a negative review. In fact I think this is my second. For my few other reviews they were positive for the company that went above and beyond. I’ve moved on, called another company and had an application in my email in 5 minutes.
