We drove around touring different apartments today. Andrew was the most professional, most friendly person we met with today! He was able to answer all questions with a clear direct answers. We went to the wrong apartments (who knew their was a Barrington and Barrington Park, lol) and he was flexible. We didnt feel rushed to finish our tour or to make a decision. It was a no pressure meeting which was appreciated. He went out of his way to get his multiple quotes to show us all options and the exact prices. HIGHLY recommend at least touring these apartments. Where do I even start?? If I could give Barrington Park more than 5 stars I would! They are just amazing in every single way. We are moving there next month and Jennifer has been the most helpful person ever and willing to answer literally any question I have big or small. Barrington Park has truly proven to care about their tenants and I cannot wait to move in.

Havent been living here as long as others, but living here so far is pretty nice. The staff is very helpful and responsive, always there for your needs. The apartment circle is very well maintained and looking pretty clean. If you take a look at the management posted pictures and pictures on google you will find that they werent just capturing the good sides of Barrington Park, but what the grounds look like on a daily basis. (Actual insides of the apartment may vary, but is still pretty accurate). The community itself is pretty friendly, and really quiet. no complaints with noise. Trash is well maintained, there is a compactor and 2 recycling dumpsters which are emptied out on a weekly basis. During the wintertime the roads, parking lots, sidewalks and even breezeways are treated, and cleared. Apartment itself, I have a smaller one, but actually really nice, super clean, fully operational appliances, have not had one problem so far, and even if I did, theres a trouble log thats continuously monitored, and an emergency line for..well.. emergent repairs...DUH..LOL. There are a few things that I kinda dislike, like not having a wall switch for my living room and bedroom lights, or not having a little area where you can wash or hose down your car from the tons of bird poop from the parking under the trees, but thats just me being pick and doesnt merit me from taking a star from the great service and the awesome place that Im renting. Just wanna put out there though, the price to space ratio here kinda isnt that great, and Im sure if you have really flexible dates, willing to stay further away (I also love this place for the 5min drive to work :D ), and really really look at more places. You can probably get more bang for your buck, cuz this place is a bit expensive....but then again really nice. :)Id like to thank Andrew and Jennifer for persuading me to stay here (theyre awesome people BTW) and I would highly recommend this place!

Just moved here few days ago, the approval and leasing process was so easy and that was done remotely. Got a new carpet and my family loves the place so far. Enough room for a small family. Parking is free and needs no hassle. Environment is quiet and just what we love and need. Worked with Jason and other staff members and they were so amazing. was so encouraging especially for someone from far away. Will recommend to any or everyone. Should be our home for a while and I think we should buy our next home from them👌🏿

I have never taken the time to submit a review of any product or service Ive used, but the staff here is so exceptional, they really deserved the good word spread! Staff is unbelievably accommodating. Ive lived at multiple apartment complexes before and never have I had absolutely zero complaints about anything -- from customer care to the apartments themselves. Everything is great.

We lived here when we first moved to VA in the summer of 2012 and lived there for a year. Would have stayed but the unit is a little small for our family. Needed a real townhome. With that said. We had one of bigger units 3 bedroom and no garage. Nice place with plenty of parking and nice ball court in the back. I liked how other tenant and ourselves would lap the complex walking or jogging. This place has lots of parking and it isnt a huge complex so always plenty of parking. The trash compactor is in the back and often I drive out front. At least them, this place was the only place that accepted our Doberman so that was a big help. Lots of animal lovers at this complex which helped us make friends with neighbors. Place is well lit and the office staff back then was awesome. Maybe they are still there. They know you by name and always looked into issues and were friendly and helpful. Hope its still the same...
