Chris was awesome and professional! He was very communicative through the whole process and paid a lot of attention to detail. Honestly had a way better experience than I have had with other car washes in the area. They did a great job on my car and i’ll DEFINITELY be going back!

This car wash was probably the EASIEST car wash I’ve ever been to. Great location right off 28, easy access with its own turning lane.The kiosk was SUPER easy to understand and the prices were pretty spot on for the industry.The attendant, Chris, was very polite. He removed my antenna, taped down the back wiper, and pushed in my mirrors for me. It was pretty busy when I went but he kept a smile and seemed genuinely happy to be there. ( which I feel is super important anywhere I spend money ) He then lead me to the automated wash and wished me a great day. I pulled around to the several vacuum stations they have and my car was shiny, clean everywhere even the plastic bumpers and grill ( which not every wash gets clean), had zero scratches. The vacuum was easy to handle and picked up all the freshly fallen crumpled leaves in my floor boards and even the dog hair 😱Overall it was a quick, easy, affordable wash. Not to mention the attendant actually attended to me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Broken car wash but still taking cars. Scam, avoid this place. Nobody on the inside.

In the beginning of spring/summer I signed up for the unlimited wash. For a while I really liked it. The help was great there and I was pleased. A few months later I started to see some of the machines inside the wash were broken and not cleaning one side. Then their catch chain would break. Then it would be closed for days without a refund towards the monthly package. Then I started seeing the cleaning sprays would trickle out not washing my car good anymore. Then their vacuum hoses had such weak suction it would make quick cleaning difficult. Then I noticed the wands for the hoses were disappearing making it even more difficult with less suction. I stopped using them about a month ago and started using Mr. Carwash. I’ve been happy to be away from that place. Seems to me they’ve pocketed too much money and not put it back in to the company? I do not recommend this car wash. You’re better off going to a self serve.

I paid for a neon color car wash for my daughter to enjoy. Was very underwhelmed by the lack of colors falsely advertised. I got out of the car wash and saw that the machines just threw all the dirt and debris from my car to my trunk. It was completely dirty, I was offered a free car wash to clean it off but that’s when I noticed the machine completely bent my license plate and broke off the holder. My car was abused.

Went for car detailing during this week. Overall, it was worth the price but not a “great” service.Good points -- Got car detailing appointment quickly, within days. Other places, you need to wait for weeks- Nice guys, very accommodating & soft spoken. I got late by 30 mins but was welcomed with a smile.- Did the detailing job really quick within 2 hours.- Bought detailing coupon from Groupon.Not so good points -- Didn’t do a great job of detailing. Left water marks. Glass, doors etc were not cleaned properly, the polish/shine on front dashboard was not consistent.- Didn’t clean roof upholstery etc, space between front seats & middle unit was not vacuumed properly.- Had to pay additional $40 for SUV & platform charge (later was a bit too much)- No waiting area to sit & doesn’t provide drop off facilities

Paid for super wash ($18.00) and it was def Speedy! Never had a car washed in less than a minute! All the suds that you see on their advertisement is NOT what you get. My soap has been very clear so Im not sure if I got any. Car was clean but water does that. Rims not so good, and tuck your side mirrors in. The suction on the vaccum was not good at all but its included. Used to be a great place to go but not so much now.

The place scratched up my paint job and gouged a ravine into my side mirrors, which no one thought to mention to move inwards. Managment threw up their hands, claiming no responsibility.Atrocious place. The vaccuum lacked suction, trash was overflowing, and the employees casually exchanged profanity laden ravings as they half heartedly detailed the tires.Word to the wise: a garden hose is cheaper and less likely to ding up your car.

Unfortunately its run down. To often drum brushes are not working so you get a side of your car wet instead of washed.Used to be much better

I paid for the most expensive option ($15.00) which comes with a lava something... I expected a cleaner car after the fact. Maybe I should have asked for a second run.The vacuum station used to be in a better shape and much stronger suctioning. I think they cut back pretty significantly on their detergent budget! Im going to give them another chance and ...However I was in and out in no time. The attending lady was kind and professional.

Very inexpensive and attendant preps the vehicle for the belt. She turned in my mirrors and removed my antenna. I had a lot of dirt and only some was removed.

We went in for the for the car wash and paid $16 total. The machine pushed our car way quicker than 3 minutes as they claim. Also the machine broke my passenger side mirror. I have a motorized side mirror that goes down when I put my car in reverse but now it doesn’t do it anymore. The side mirror literally flipped the other way. We told the lady working about this, all she said was “we don’t cover damages” and walked away.Don’t go unless you absolutely have to. And even then I would recommend being extra cautious. Take pictures of your car’s condition before coming here and then again after.

I figured this would be a good bet since its near my house and I can get the monthly package or whatever. I took my Hellcat through, and my car was basically abused by this car wash -Ive had better results from a quick 8 dollar touchless wash at gas stations in the area. The spinning brushes were somehow strong enough to BEND my license plate forward, and spin my mirrors, and beat my car up... but NOT get my car surface satisfactorily cleaned on the outside(???). Im trying to cancel my monthly service, but no ones picking up, so here I am writing this review.

The quality of the wash has diminished since COVID. They no longer spray your tires. The wash is not as soapy. The wash is a lot shorter and not as thorough as it was pre-COVID. My car looked rinsed instead of washed. It was still dirty when the cycle ended.

I called around to get quotes on a full detailing service for my 2013 Prius and everyone’s price was around $250. Speedy Green’s was $150, and their work was phenomenal. A two person operation that was customer friendly, thoughtful, detailed, timely, professional, and thorough. I was very pleased with how well Chris (and his coworker) cleaned my car. I will definitely go back, and I highly recommend him.

Well I had a terrible experience here. Vacuum always have something stuck inside. Feels like no one checks them. The car wash itself was a horrible experience. The machine are broken inside so its half washed and half not washed. Overall experience. Go to a do it your self wash.

Paid for mid grade car wash with tire shineNot a drop of tire shine on the tires.Dont expect the car to be perfect for a 13 dollar wash, but if I pay for tire shine would like to have at least a drop of it on the tiresRobbing customers

The employee girl was rude and inpatient. POOR POOR POOR customer service. Overpriced. My car didnt dry and has water spots all over it. It’s WORSE than what it was before I came. Now I have to go to another car wash to clean it. I used to come here all the time and I decided to give it a try again. NEVER AGAIN

Came to wash my car today for the 1st time at this location Which its way overpriced And their car wash broke my license plate cover and they couldnt do nothing about it Which I was a 100% sure they wouldnt ... or at least give me a free car wash but I wouldnt even want to risk my car again passing it through this car wash .. Customer service was on point as far as my tires not being shine even though I paid extra a guy came and shine them up for me they turned out nice just stay away from this place not because of bad workers Its just their machine is way to old the rollers are pushing the cars way to fast thats whats causing the problem and so much damage to vehicles my car was not the only one that was damage they picked up a bunch of license plates they had also been broken when they found mine.. crazy dont put your baby at risk its not worth it...

Used to work here in 2016. When I worked there, cars would be clean and vacuums would work. Now? My car is dirtier when it comes out of the wash and the vacuums have no suction what so ever. My assumption: their new owner does not services the tunnel properly with pressure washer and water filtering. And the new owner does not service the vacuum hoses and hardware daily. Do not recommend this place unless changes are made. I would argue that this car wash will be out of business in the next 2 years unless changes are made.

To start, I did get their membership (middle option, they have 3) for about $20/m and you can basically got once a day or 31 times in a month (if you want to go twice a day on some days).The staff is super friendly and they have always helped me with my questions and if I need assistance with anything. (They’re the reason I’m giving this 4 stars and not 3)The issues I’ve had there, are that the car wash, i feel doesn’t rinse enough, I always have left over soap. (I have a small hatchback) and I wish it would just put more water to make sure it isn’t still dripping soap.The other thing is THE VACUUMS, half of them don’t have a strong suction AT ALL and a couple have broken ends. Which is very frustrating when you end up needing to share with the driver next to you if you’re stuck at a spot with a bad vacuum.Soo.. hope this review helps :)

Johnny Pitfido Manager of Speedy Green Car Wash I was trying to get a hold of you but i couldnt get a hold of you I brought my car in Wednesday December 23 2020 the machine broke my passenger side mirror, And I saw another three cars they had broken passenger side mirror. So I talked too your manager his name is Chris but he didnt give me his last name and he said that I am the assistant manager and the manager will contact you in a few hours and he said the General Manager is the owner of the car wash and he will contact you but Im waiting I never had any phone calls from General Manager and Ive been waiting six days nobody contact me when i called several times and Chris answer the phone and he says oh I asked him about the damaged of my car broken mirror and he kept giving me excuses it doesnt make any sense to me he says my General Manager is sick and he will call you tomorrow and then he says he is at the meeting could you please respond to me and when can you fix my car Thank you so much.

I am replacing a review of this business to be more specific and accurate. Last time I came here and used the vacuum cleaners the door of the picture attached was open and I saw a dead bird, spider webs and spiders around. This has been cleaned recently. Besides that prices are reasonable and they have a fun car cleaning machine.

I will say that if you keep a eye on them you will get a goid wash. And will correct problem other employee makes

I have been coming here for years.I love that it is fast and quick and you can vacuum your own car out after you go through the wash.They have different levels of washes you can buy.I would say the $4 wash just knocks the dust off your car and isnt meant for a real deep clean.They also have trashcans by the vacuum center where you can throw trash away.The staff has always been more than friendly to me and during October- they dress the place up in Halloween decorations which my kid loves!

I used to love this place! I used to have a membership here with my late model Mustang. I also brought my truck here every once in awhile. I decided to bring my truck back after a few years finally, but always just did it at home.Today I went through with my truck. Got in line. Got to the loading deck. Girl tells me she has to remove the antenna. I told her I wasnt worried about it since I had been through it many times before. Then she asks me to fold the mirrors in, but mine dont fold. They should be cleaned too. I told her they have never been a problem.I go through and when the brushes are hitting the car, it sounds louder than it EVER did before! That is not normal operating speed or distance from my tiny truck(2001 Tacoma 2WD). Those spindles were almost next to the body.Well about halfway through them I hear it and snap goes my passenger mirror. I told the attendant. I know that the sign is there about the warning, but that car wash is NOT being maintained properly or that problem would have been fixed.Here is a fun fact: I used to do a few repairs for them here and there. It has changed management multiple times since then. It was once a great place when they had customer service. It was once a great place when they had knowledgeable staff. IT IS NOT GREAT NOW. Some might call it terrible.The attendant was defensive, didnt handle my dissatisfaction well, didnt offer a refund, didnt even offer a coupon. IT broke my mirror, not my janky truck that is in great shape and had that mirror replaced by me new 2 years ago when a deer hit me. You know some people are just not meant to be in customer service.Since I am not going to be able to get any sort of satisfaction from this unpleasant experience and service, I am posting this here so that they who are actually in charge and own this hole now may still have a chance to stay in business before they become yet another broken down carwash that nobody goes to.P.S. even the vacuums sucked and not like they are supposed to. I had to take dirt out of every hose I tried to use and they felt like they were at less than %50 of the usual power.

While this place is definitely better than a car wash at a gas station it leave a lot of room to be better. Theyve got a guy to tape your rear wiper down but doesnt stop smoking while doing it. Would be nicer if he folded in the side mirrors since I watched as mine bent forwards for the duration. The free vacuums are nice but have next to no suction. All in all not worth it for the $15 option I picked with the wax option.

VEHICAL DAMAGE- LIES- STAY AWAY. I took my SUV with factor installed running boards to get a quick wash. While in the process I heard the loud scraping sound but it was too late the damage was already done. I exited and inspected the vehicle and found damage to the rear portion of the driver side running board. I pulled over and had the manager on duty inspect the vehicle as well. I got no apologies or even the slightest but of concern. I asked if they were going to cover this and I was told dont get mad at me I am just the manager not the owner. I realized at this point this was not going to be a quick process. I filled out the required paperwork and drove off. I did get a call a few hours later and was told We are not responsible since your running boards were in the down position. Let me point out they were down while I was driving up to and going into the carwash. If it was going to be a problem they should have let me know and I would have gladly put them up. Apparently Im suppose to know the height requirements for their system, but I guess they are not suppose to? I had a short conversation about them being the experts on their system. I explained that I am just a paying customer and not a car wash expert. It is not only there area of expertise but also their job to know what their system can do or not do. To top it off there were 4 people standing at the entrance to the car wash, no one person said a word about the running boards being in the down position.I was then told that he would try to have there insurance cover it. I requested the name of whom he was talking to to make these decisions and was told that they are a corporation and it is done via e-mail. I did some research and found no other stores or even a corporate website. When I called back and explained my confusion and the research to the manager I was then told there is only one store and a few different people owned it. Since he refused to give me a person or e-mail to contact I am writing in hopes that somebody in their corporate office will read this and can help right the wrong that has been done.

Wish I couldve given 1 star.....1 employee and she doesnt want to work. A gas station car wash would perform better. I will just use for the free vacuum....you get a penny from me. Hope you go out business. I could go into what occurred but why?

Update on my second time here:I ended up having scratches on my side mirrors and the spinning shaggy things caused my mirrors to pop in the opposite direction. If the rest of my car has scratches Im going to file a formal complaint and demand a refund. Seems like many others are having issues with this place too.I actually had a good experience here! I took a risk since I was coming here with a rental and it was a Tesla Model S. There were a few things though. I like that you can use the brush in the self service area for the bug cleaner. The issue was the location of it and there was only 1 brush! On top of that, the brush head was loose and kept coming off. I got the Hot Wax choice with the tire cleaner and the car turned out excellent! The owner of the Tesla said it looked better than ever! 😄 The prices are excellent too. Ill probably be back for my own cars if Im feeling up to doing self service.

I visited this wash after being in town on business. I was beyond impress with how fast they were able to get me through the wash. My car came out cleaner than its ever been before. I will definitely be using them everytime I come through town.

This place is AWESOME! I have never been anything less than ecstatic about the quality of service. I also love that the vacuums are free and are pretty powerful. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and always make sure you have an amazing experience. They offer a variety of packages that can fit any budget! You wont be disappointed!

Great place to get a fast wash and vac!!

I got a good deal with Groupon so I decided to give them a try. They really took their time cleaning and we have pups so I will tell you that they really worked on it. I wish I can give them more than 4stars but they took longer than promised so I was running late for another engagement. It was well worth it though!

I’m a monthly subscriber. For years this place has been good. The past six months the car wash keeps having issues. Guess the system is worn out and need a total renovation. It’s closed on nice days due to issue with software. Broken again today while inside the car wash. Left with soap all over my truck and no way to rinse it off. Staff did now what to do. Canceled my account.my response to your question.I meet one of the owners during a software upgrade. I explained I come from Fairfax area to use the car wash and that I get there on a nice day and the car wash is closed. We talked about you posting when the car was is closed on the web site and I should check before coming to the car wash. So I do that now but two more times I got to the car wash and it was closed or down/broken. The day I posted the comment was the day I was there but what good is checking video on the day I visited? The belt system came off and I had to drive out of the wash. I had to go seek a representative about rinsing off the soup. They said they could wipe off the soap in about a half hour. The point is the car wash keep breaking down. I asked that day to close my account, They did not. I receive month charges since. I have to call the credit card company to reverse the charges. I came in last week and asked for the account to be closed. They showed me how they do it. Then told me to call my credit card company again to get a refund. What a hassle to have to call for a refund and to arrive at the car wash only to find out its broken again. Looking forward to a sign on the building that says under new ownership

Truck side(rear) wouldnt get washed at all.

The people who work here have a hard job- they always seem depressed. The prices are high; the machines break down monthly and the staff are obviously not well treated. It’s a convenience I’d rather do myself.

I wanted to get my car looking great before heading home and came to this place and the service was excellent. I was really impressed by Steven. I really appreciate good customer service. When Im in the area again, I will be visiting...

Was in the Manassas area seeing family for the holidays and passed by this more then a few times while out with my family running some errands. As hesitant as I am going through any brush wash I was very pleased with the quality, efficiency, professionalism from the staff, the atmosphere. I’ve been to a lot of full service and outdoor car washes but have never seen one so cleaned, well maintained, and well run as I have with this one. Met their Managing Patner Matt Williams and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his business and what he loves to do. I would highly recommend this establishment to any of my friends, family, or colleagues.

This is without a doubt the best wash in the area. I came in today to wash my dog and it was so simple. I walked in paid for the service the provided me with a towel, soap, and brush to wash my dog. I was not rushed nor did I have a time limit. My dog enjoyed his bath. Soon as we finished I wanted to wash my car. Paid $15 for the hot wax which Ive never had and I will definitely be back.

The last time I went here,my car seem forced going through this wash. Cars not suppose to do that going through. Something told me to get out & check my car. I now have 2, 5 inch scracthes & paint scrapped at the bottom of my fender. I reported it immediately. The manager said there are 8 cameras in the tunnel. I felt relieved.They said it takes 72 hours. A week went by with no response. I went back & the manager said he have not heard back by higher management but they most likely cannot do anything & claimed it was not the car wash. He did not review the camera & stated I cannot review the footage of my car going through at the time of the incident. When customers report damage,do you guys automatically deny it was the car wash ?

I had been going to this place since they opened. I was one of the biggest advocate for this car wash. Back then the service was great, the car wash was excellent and overall the price was the best in the area. Unfortunately in the past year everything at this place has gone down the hill. The vacuums are not working, there is always something wrong with car wash, once I was stuck inside, for the last 4 or 5 times they did not have the air freshener and the tire shinning/washing does not work. I hope things get fixed at this place to its original.

I have come here many times, they have powerful vacuums however the last time I was there I arrived an hour before closing and unfortunately the vacuums werent suctioning properly. I also paid additional for tire shine and for some reason the machine didnt add that service to my car wash. I mentioned these two issues with an employee. He was very attentive and kind. Nathan, assured me that next time the vacuum will be working properly and he even took the time to check the tubes. He also manually applied the tire shine. Friendly staff, vacuum on both sides of vehicle with long tubes to move around the vehicle, Quick service, and reasonable.

Had my daughters Solara quick waxed and Steven the manager did a magnificent job in less than an hour. He and his staff have always gone out of their way to assist me regardless of the time of day or how busy the wash was. For 17 to 30.00 a month, you can get your car washed everyday when other locals charge up to 28.00 for 1 wash.

The wash was acceptable, however the vacuums were awful. I could not tell if they were on or not until I placed my hand at the end. Not even strong enough to pick up a dime from the floorboard, and I tried three different nozzles. Oh, and the narrowing tip came off of one and the suction was not even strong enough to keep it attached. Will look for another wash.

I highly recommend speedy green car wash. Its very nice and affordable getting the job done without you doing it. Very clean and friendly!

Definitely has gone downhill. Ive been going here since it opened and have even had the membership for a while (I dont anymore). It would seem theyve now done what other pull through washes have done to save money and that is speed up the wash itself. Youre pulled through much quicker than in the past. This results in a less efficient wash on the car leaving some areas untouched by the brushes. In my case it was quick enough that the rinse at the end did not even get all of the soap off my vehicle leaving the back and passenger side almost completely covered in suds. I had hoped the dryers at the end might blow some of it off but, again, the was was moving too fast to let the dryers do their work. So I wound up paying for a subpar wash and soap on my vehicle. My advice is to save your money and go elsewhere. There are numerous other washes that do a better job.

They dont even deserve a star at all. Manager is nasty as hell. You charged my card 2 times and Im not supposed to be mad. I tried calling and never got a call back so I had to make a trip to the carwash just to get answers to why this happened. So be careful when using your card. They charge my account on a Saturday and I wasnt even there. If I didnt check my bank statement I wouldnt have even known.

Havent used the car wash yet but the free vacuums are pretty sad - it takes forever to clean my floorboards. Its worth going to a gas station and paying the dollar for better suction.

I been going to this car wash for the past 7 years. I been meaning to put a review on this business but always forget. I use to love this car wash because their vacuum time was longer then almost ALL the vacuum time all those other car washes give you.. Now Im even more in love with going to this place because they offer FREE vacuum with your car wash. Who on earth gives you free vacuuming for as long as you want??????? :) i can comfortably pass vacuum with no rush... so i am for ever a loyal customer... I moved out of state but when ever Im in Manassas I always stop by and wash my car there. They have changed personnel over time but that business owner doesnt fail to teach their staff GREAT customer service skills to each and every member. Ive NEVER had a bad experience going there :)

Solid cheap four dollar car wash. Dont waste your money on the fancy upgrades. Love the free vacuums after, just realize some have better suction than others so dont be afraid to pull into a different spot if the first one you try doesnt work well.

So since my first review, I have become a fan. They addressed their vacuum issues long ago. But more than that, in the past month, I have taken all three of our cars in for detailing - one was just filthy, another had spent quality time with my husky and my third had some sticky residue from the film on it when it was shipped. All three came out amazing, especially given the price point. I will come back again and again. Management was awesome, especially Matt and Brendan. I had one small concern (really more of a misunderstanding on our parts) and it was handled promptly and kindly. We have a small business base in this city and we are fortunate to have good businesses like this and its owner Chip who have fostered relationships in the community and with their customers.

I had an amazing experience here. Staff and management were very friendly. Even with my son running around acting crazy they still made us feel welcomed. Definitely recommend this place and we will definitely be returning.

Used to be a great value for the money, but seems to do a lower quality wash, for more money now.Edit by request: Today, for example, the left wheel cleaner struck my mirror and kicked it backwards (No damage) and the last wash brush on the right was not spinning. The vehicle seemed to move through the wash faster, with less wash and dry time. This left my vehicle hazy, and required additional cleaning at home.Having used the wash happily since it first opened, this is the first time any of these things happened; and on the $7 basic wash, when I usually get the cheap $4.

I stopped to wash my car there last week while travelling to see family, and Im really glad I did. The service (particularly from Steven) was top notch, and Im super pleased with how my ride looked after. Ill be sure to stop by again the next time Im in town.

The worst car wash place in the area. I drove to the car wash the other day, and the machine got damaged while I was driving inside, the machine pushed me forward very quickly that I almost rear ended the vehicle front of me. They didn’t give enough time between the my car and the car from of me until it finished the washing process. When the machine sped up and pushed me forward I had no choice but to slam on my breaks to avoid collision with the vehicle front of me. The guys came over at me and started screaming why I slammed on my breaks, while didn’t realize that I almost hit the car front of me because of their screwed up machines. It’s my last time going there. I canceled my membership and not going there any more.Highly don’t remcommend to go back there.

I had stopped in to this wash about a month ago and I had a very awful experience with the manager Steven he was very short and not friendly at all so I decided to give this car wash a second chance and stopped by yesterday to get my car wash and my experience was AMAZING !!!!! The new manager BJ was very helpful and friendly and the sales girl had the best customer service experience ever she was smiling and greeted me I got at $15 wash and a tire shine she was amazing I will be coming back if these two people are here! Great job speedy green for having such awesome employees

Very good carwash

Speedy Green Car Wash provided me with an outstanding experience. I brought my motorcycle to them to be professionally detailed, and it was the first time I ever tried this. They made a believer out of me - my nine-year old bike looks brand new. The rust on the tires is gone, the chrome sparkles and the paint is back to the sharp black it once had. They performed the service with cheerfulness, alerting me to different price options and keeping me informed throughout the process. I will definitely be going here on a regular basis to keep my bike clean and waxed. Ask for Greg or Jason if you go.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!!. If you ever need to talk to any employee to solve a problem dont bother they are not any help. Brushes are to rough and will leave noticeable marks one your car (More than normal) As for the vacuums they used to work, now you are lucky if you get any that actually cleans your car.

Recent got my Tesla Model 3 and Im not letting anyone drive it, not just yet. I was driving around Manassas looking for a drive-through carwash and found this location. Very helpful customer service in operating the vending system and informed me of the options (the guy with the dreads was very helpful and pleasant. I forgot his name). I ended up getting one of the unlimited monthly packages. It also cleaned my vehicle very well. Just wished they had an online system in case you need to change plans. Well kept place.

I personally have always been extremely happy with the wash and especially the people that work there. On one occasion I accidentally hit my windshield wiper and the arm came off. They stopped the wash and found the arm and replaced it. very happy

Just went through the updated carwash at Speedy Green and my car is looking like I hand washed it!!!! The updated system really got my car clean. Spent the $3 on the tire shine just to see how well it worked and was very pleased 😃.Check them out if you’re in the area. If you haven’t been in a little while, go back and give them a try! I came through from out of town right after playin in the mud and it was wonderful. Great service, very efficient, and not a spot on my truck! Would definitely recommend!!!!

Recommended by a friend and now I recommend this place to anyone who needs a simple touch up, or a full detail. Staff is great, and the wash leaves your car very clean. Not to mention, the free vacuum is a nice bonus!

BE AWARE OF THIS AUTO BILL NON REFUNDABLE DEAL!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISGRACEFUL BUSINESS!! To all customers of SpeedyGreen car wash be aware that if you consent to auto pay you may have a terrible time when you stop the services. I purchased a new vehicle this year and I went in person to the car wash to stop the auto pay in September. I did not realized that they had continued to bill me for October, November and December until I reviewed my credit card statement. When I email Matt Williams he did not respond until a second email and voice mails where I actually threaten to contact BBB and JD Powers in addition of writing this review. When he actually email me back he ask me to email Brandon Rippy so he could work on my $75.00 refund. It is now December 29th and I am still waiting. This is totally unacceptable and this speaks volumes to the kind of people behind this business. My next step is to contact BBB and report these unjustifiable charges to my credit card.Dr. D

Horrible wash, jacked up pricing that dont justify the result. Rude people, and cars coming and going in every direction. Stay away from the place, there are so many other places in Manassas that are better.

I have never had such EXCEPTIONAL customer service in my life! I had an issue and the manager, Zachary, was instantly willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to help me get it resolved! I will be coming back again and again just for the simple fact that this car wash is run with the BEST customer service I have ever received in my life! He made my experience beyond amazing! Thank you Zachary! I didnt think customer service existed like that anymore!

They have the best service!! All you need remember is to bring your own microfiber towel to fully dry your own car! Get in early to get the best vacuum for your car!
